Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historical flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. The 90 sqm 4-room apartment is located facing the garden in an apartment building in the quiet part of Dresden Neustadt. The house was newly built in 2015. The furnishings are accordingly in great condition. After a day of excursions, you will enjoy the relaxation in the cozy apartment or linger in the garden on the terrace. There are 2 double beds in separate bedrooms, a living room, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove.

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
