Very nice place and very friendly people.

The place was super central, the balcony is mega and the rooms are good too. Ideal for a short city trip. We were warmly welcomed and everyone was helpful. The parking situation can be annoying, but you have to accept if you want to stay in a big city centrally.

Nice and clean room, very easy and flexible check in. Located near by Verona Arena and many restaurants. I can easily recommend this apartment for few day trips!

Very clean, well-decorated, independent and spacious room in a well-preserved village 15 km from one of the 2 highway exits (Pontremoli or Aulla). Village not accessible by car that must be left at the entrance to the village (approx. 350 m from the accommodation). Communication with Clelia who lives there is fluid and responsive. Lots of good places to go. Accommodation very recommended very good value. Before leaving the village, do not forget to make a stock of regional products for example in Villefranche, the central village, with the caterer Punto e Pasta (pesto, testaroli, torta d 'erbi, ravioli, ...everything can be kept in the freezer for a long time)

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The environment was perfect for us and our two dogs: spacious, clean and well equipped. The house is in a quiet location, ideal for nearby walks and with a safe outdoor space for dogs. The owner was very helpful and thought of all the details to make us feel at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax in a cozy environment.

We went as a group of nine and had a really good time there. Easy and flexible checkin, fast responses to questions und overall a pleasant experience.

There is so much to love about this property, and positive things to say about our recent visit & the hospitality of VIttoria & Francesco. The room was very comfortable, the building has been restored magnificently, and the sense of community you get having access to sharing the common areas & breakfast with other guests - plus being able to interact with the hosts (who are SO great), made this a very memorable trip. You can walk around the neighborhood and hike for hours, exploring olive groves, vineyards, and small villages. There are local restaurants nearby that are very cozy and within walking distance. You're only a short 20 minute drive to the nearby beach town, Bardolino, with all the shopping/restaurants/supermarkets etc. you would need. It's really the perfect property :)

We had a great short overnight stay here! The place was clean, as described and had everything we needed. Communication with Manuela was great and check in was very easy. It’s in a quiet area with free parking which is very handy. Highly recommend!

Very good attention and the room is just like the pictures. The only thing I would criticize what doesn't say in the description is the pool hours what it is until 5:30 pm.

Rare are these rentals that you can still find, where you feel both at home and at the same time welcomed as guests in the home. Il Nespolo is one of those precious finds, furnished with great care and a lot of charm, where we had all the autonomy and all the services we needed, with in addition all the attention and human warmth of Fabrizio and Isabelle. Il Nespolo is a real gem where you can feel good. We stayed 4 nights, but we could have stayed much longer, since in addition to the accommodation and its hosts, the area offers many places to visit and take your time, on foot, by bike and/or by car. Pinuccia is absolutely a kind and competent host, she gave me a lot of information about the history of the house and the area, she met my requests and was always available. I got a flat tire and she offered to give me a ride to the tire dealer. The stay was magnificent and the accommodation, although historic, is very modern thanks to the renovations. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, only the oven is missing! Spacious, warm, bright, colorful environment. The fridge is directly in the room. Definitely a case if I visit the area again, this place is my first choice, great value for money
