Bel appartamentino dove non mancava niente, originale, essenziale e funzionale in un Borgo fiabesco !

Sehr schön gelegen, in einem kleinen Dorf in den Bergen oberhalb des Gardasees. Sehr nette Gastgeber, wir haben nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier verbracht, deshalb konnten wir leider nicht in ihrem Bistro "La Tana di Nausicaa" essen, weil es an dem Abend nicht geöffnet war. Aber nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß die Straße runter liegt die "Osteria Metti" - unbedingt reservieren - und das Essen dort ist großartig. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war sehr gut, super Croissants und Brot, frisches Obst, Joghurt, Eier, Käse und Schinken.

Absolutely recommendable if you want to stay close to Lake Garda and want to stay in a well maintained historic place with a lot of attention to detail. Here we could relax perfectly from the hectic life. The breakfast and the view of the olive groves are sensational and we will definitely come back! Grazie Mille!!!

Nice and clean room, very easy and flexible check in. Located near by Verona Arena and many restaurants. I can easily recommend this apartment for few day trips!

Chambre très propre, bien décorée, indépendante et spacieuse dans un village bien préservé à 15 km d'une des 2 sorties d'autoroute (Pontremoli ou Aulla). Village non accessible en voiture qu'il faut laisser à l'entrée du village (env. 350 m du logement). La communication avec Clelia qui habite sur place fluide et réactive. Beaucoup de bonnes adresses. Hébergement très conseillé très bon rapport qualité-prix. Avant de quitter le village n'oubliez pas de faire un stock de produits régionaux par exemple à Villefranche, le bourg-centre, auprès du traiteur Punto e Pasta (pesto, testaroli, torta d'erbi, ravioli, ...tout peut se conserver longtemps au congélateur)

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa! L’ambiente era perfetto per noi e i nostri due cani: spazioso, pulito e ben attrezzato. La casa è in una posizione tranquilla, ideale per passeggiate nei dintorni e con uno spazio esterno sicuro per i cani. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ha pensato a tutti i dettagli per farci sentire a casa. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia rilassarsi in un ambiente accogliente.

We went as a group of nine and had a really good time there. Easy and flexible checkin, fast responses to questions und overall a pleasant experience.

We had a great short overnight stay here! The place was clean, as described and had everything we needed. Communication with Manuela was great and check in was very easy. It’s in a quiet area with free parking which is very handy. Highly recommend!

Monica war sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Sie hatte immer guten Rat was man sich in der Umgebung anschauen kann und wo es das beste Essen gibt.

Muy buena atención y la habitación es tal cual las fotos. Lo único que criticaria qué no lo dice en la descripción es el horario de la piscina qué es hasta las 17:30.

Rares sont ces locations que l’on peut encore trouver, où l’on se sent à la fois comme chez soi, et en même temps reçus comme des invités chez l’habitant. Il Nespolo est une de ces précieuses trouvailles, aménagée avec grands soins et beaucoup de charme, où nous avions toute l’autonomie et tous les services dont nous avions besoin, avec en plus toute l’attention et la chaleur humaine de Fabrizio et d’Isabelle. Il Nespolo est un véritable bijou où l’on se sent bien. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, mais nous aurions pu y rester bien plus longtemps, puisqu’en plus du logement et de ses hôtes, la région offre de nombreux lieux de visites à découvrir et prenant le temps, à pied, à vélo et/ ou en voiture. Fabrizio vous donnera tous les bons conseils pour découvrir le coin! Merci Fabrizio et Isabella, et à très bientôt, nous reviendrons ! :)

Ambiente nuovo, pulito e moderno in una zona molto tranquilla. Possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno. Proprietari cordiali e accoglienti. Ci ritornerei volentieri.
