Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

The old Ferretti farmhouse has now become a cozy countryside vacation home. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

The house is totally independent, surrounded by the greenery of the Ligurian olive grove, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Paradise. The view from the terraces and windows opens from the extreme west of Liguria to Mount Portofino and on clear days to the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica. The sea (500 meters) Recco (1200 m.) and Portofino National Park (3 km) can be reached not only by car, but also on foot with scenic walks; Genoa-Nervi is 12 km away (SS1 Aurelia)

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.
