Elio's B&B was ideal for me, the room was comfortable and equipped with everything you need, as well as the bathroom and common room. It is in a great location for those who love tranquility and silence, and enjoys a nice view both during sunset and at sunrise. Elio is very welcoming and sociable, always available to provide directions to nearby countries. It was a pleasure staying here, and in the future I'd love to come back.

Clara was available right away and helped me with activities in the area

We were only there for one night, but felt very safe and welcome. The garden is very beautiful and Clara is very friendly. Also, the communication was clear and straightforward.

We were Thierry's guests to celebrate New Year's Eve and had a great time. The property offers the space adapted for 10 people, with the possibility of having a private bathroom for each room. In the spacious living room we were able to have the New Year's dinner prepared by Thierry. We had a great meal, even a great breakfast. Otherwise, the host was responsive to our requests, so it was like being at home.

I think this was the best place I've ever been to. The hosts are fantastic and friendly, they treated me like I was at home. Excellent and abundant breakfast. I'll definitely be back!

The beautiful natural context, the tranquility and silence of the area, the view, the offer of landscape and cultural sites in the immediate vicinity would be enough to recommend this accommodation... but the real added value is the two hosts, Angela and Micol, and of course their three roommates (two dogs and a pet): to say that staying with them is like being at home does not make the idea. As discreet, never intrusive, full of those small-large attentions to the guest that fill you with gratitude, they gave us valuable advice and shared invaluable evenings of conversation and cultural and above all human exchange. We sincerely recommend a stay of at least 3-4 days to enjoy this unexpected mix of depth and lightness. And don't miss the home restaurant, as excellent as the rich breakfast of local products. They're worth all the effort (minimum) to climb up here!

The accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet with a very large garden and swimming pool. Host of a very good welcome who guided us to find the wrong place on the booking site (incomplete address) and this, despite our late arrival time was very pleasant. He told us a pizzeria where we ate the same evening. Great pizzas!

Emanuela and Amerigo are two wonderful people. Friendly and friendly at every stage of the stay. The b&b is in a quiet and sheltered area, with a beautiful view of the Emilian hills. Their dogs are very docile: irresistible! Excellent breakfast, plentiful and homemade, with fresh fruit from the trees of the estate. We'll be back at the first chance!

Good hospitality and cozy place felt at home in I quiet place. Room was better than what we can see in photos. We knew from the description in advance but single bed was small that you can hardly roll over that was not a critical point. Want to stay for next time!!

Photos don't do justice to Agnieszka's place-- it is much more charming, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully constructed in person! Agnieszka was also very welcoming and was waiting for us at the local piazza to guide our way to the house. She also had great recommendations for local hikes and restaurants.
