(About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Our property is located on the outskirts of the village and offers views of rapeseed fields, forest and meadow. The spacious garden with many fruit trees invites you to linger on the lounger with a good book or to play. Various garden furniture, the grill and a fireplace are available.

As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love for detail and style the accommodation was furnished with. Each element is thoughtfully and lovingly selected – a perfect blend of coziness and tasteful design. We felt like at home from the first moment. Everything was sparkling clean, equipped to a high standard and radiated a warm, inviting atmosphere. The apartment has a high-quality standard and is very spacious for two people. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, even basic food such as salt, pepper and coffee were available. The windows to the street are very well soundproofed: you can't hear a car passing by. Due to the massive walls, the house is pleasantly cool even at high outside temperatures. The only small drawback was the bedroom window, which could not be completely darkened. As a host, I highly recommend Iris: communication was friendly, smooth, unobtrusive and accommodating from start to finish. In short: perfect. The village of Klütz is very nice; many old houses, a castle and yet far from the hustle and bustle of nearby Boltenhagen. We liked the beach of Schwansee very much. We will be happy to come back.

A wonderful apartment: Beautiful, super clean, well-equipped kitchen, nice bed, large bathroom. Directly in the Altstadt, everything is walkable. Beautiful view of the Nicolaikirche. We definitely recommend it!
