Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The Schwalbenhof, small apartment in paradise :-)

A large three-sided farm, one hectare of natural garden, a small lake, a footbridge.... ... flocks of swallows and a concert of frogs, a sea of flowers and a wildflower meadow, beautiful views of the hilly landscape, hidden spots by the pond and a cosy kitchen with a wood-burning stove. Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place. Our vacation home is quietly located in a village of 15 inhabitants in a small forest. It is wonderfully quiet and invites you to relax. Especially for families with children, our farm is a nice place to relax and unwind. In the large garden with sheep, chickens and a cat, there are plenty of opportunities to play and explore. The Baltic Sea is a 35-minute drive away., Schwerin 20 minutes, Wismar 20 minutes.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

This special accommodation is 70 square meters and is ideally suited for 2-3 people (including garden use). The surroundings invite you to go cycling and hiking. In 7 minutes you can reach the center of Wismar by car. In about 15 minutes, our island of Poel, which is worth seeing, can be reached by car. The coast of the island shows itself as a rough cliff or with beautiful wide sandy beaches. Restaurant/shopping 3 min. walk away ... :))

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.
