Come and enjoy your vacation in this bright, newly renovated stone building. The house is located in a natural and quiet environment less than a kilometer from Tréogat beach (surfing, kite, board, sand yachting, etc.) and less than 500 meters from the famous GR34 (hiking, biking). It features a garden, ideal for summer meals/grilling and napping. You will hear the sound of the waves, a guaranteed change of scenery. A quiet country road, a few houses, and ours: 2,260 square feet of house on just under two acres, sheltered by tall hedges. You hear the birds. And the ocean. Two living rooms, two fireplaces, a steam room. From every window, the garden. In the evening the sun sets at the far end of the property. Tronoën beach is two minutes away by car, or twenty-five on foot through the dunes of the Baie d'Audierne, a protected nature preserve. The beaches of La Torche and Tréguennec are ten minutes away.

The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the quiet proximity of the points of interest of the region and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without overlooking. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and the ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside).
