Cette jolie maison, idéalement située, offre un cadre unique pour vos vacances. Elle comprend un grand séjour lumineux avec cuisine ouverte, une chambre et salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi que 4 chambres spacieuses et une grande salle de bain à l’étage. Trois chambres ont vue sur la mer et le phare d'Eckmühl, une autre sur l’étang de Trunvel. Vous profiterez d’un terrain aménagé avec tables extérieures et serez à quelques pas des plages de Tréogat. Un lieu parfait pour se ressourcer !

Je propose à la location sur quelques périodes, grâce à ma super co hôte Tetyana qui organisera votre accueil. Ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne et bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif 25 euros le grand lit, 15 euros le petit lit, avec serviette de toilette).

The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the quiet proximity of the points of interest of the region and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without overlooking. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and the ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer you seasonal products) and equipped with fiber optics.

Ar Mor, or the sea in Breton and armor in English, as if to face the storms of winter. Beautiful old house by the sea with bohemian charm. Equally distant from the harbor on one side and the beach on the other, it is an ideal base from which to discover Saint-Guénolé on foot. Possibilities to rent on request and in addition the small adjoining house that can accommodate 2 more people. Accessible without a car by train and bus from Quimper train station.

Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.
