This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

The house is located a few minutes' walk from the banks of Rance, dotted with charming villages (St Suliac, among the most beautiful villages in France). A few minutes' drive from the jewels of the Emerald Coast (St-Briac, Dinard, Saint-Malo, etc.), but also from Mont St Michel as well as Dinan and its medieval city.
