Communication beforehand and also with questions during our stay was very good with Kris & Seb. Despite the unusually hot temperatures - 30 degrees (fortunately there was an air conditioner !!!), we really enjoyed our stay in the modern and clean apartment in the historic house. It is in the middle of the beautiful old town and we could walk to everything. We highly recommend this place to explore Quimper.

It was a pleasure to stay in Quimper and in Steve and Sylviane's studio. Sylviane really cares that everything goes smoothly and that's what it was. The accommodation is really very nice, with space, carefully decorated, and very easy to access with free parking, which is also at the foot of the building. Very conveniently located a few steps from the city center on foot, it was very convenient for me for my research 🙏 A big thank you to them for the quality of their service and their responsiveness. Beautiful environment, lulled by the sound of the sea and a few cars but the house is super well soundproofed. Beautiful views of the bay no matter where you are in the living rooms. Well-equipped, nothing is missing, the contact was responsive and pleasant. We recommend ….

When we arrived without searching, we were personally greeted by Renan and the dog in the courtyard. The accommodation is a separate house made of natural stone, which gets a lot of light through the door. Inside, it is furnished in a successful mix of old and new (great wooden furniture). Books, games and matching decorations make a cozy impression. There is enough space for us guests to spread out our things. Outside is a nicely furnished area where we could sit in the rain. Inside, the bathroom has a mix of dressing and housework area (chest of drawers, clothes rack, washing machine). This makes it unnecessary to bring the luggage upstairs. Very convenient. We were received and said goodbye very nicely, in between we could be private for ourselves. We were shown where to find the hosts in their house if needed. But everything worked out and we had no need.

We are a family of 4 with two children aged 12 and 11. We had a great long weekend at Armelle's. To begin with, we found that the house is better than in the photos. 😉 It is very nice, spacious, very clean, well-located, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The linens in the house are very good quality, which is a real plus. Everything is made for the comfort of the tenants. It feels like a tent.😊 Armelle is a welcoming, generous and accommodating hostess. The lovely welcome basket was GREAT! We felt very good there and will definitely come back and with great pleasure. We were a group of 7, we had the pleasant surprise of finding an impeccably clean and very well-equipped cottage, even in consumables, which is rare and in addition a small homemade gift was waiting for us on arrival. An amazing comfortable home in a peaceful and tranquil location, providing a great base to explore the Douarnenez peninsula. The home has been constructed and maintained to a very high standard, and was spotlessly clean. The large open plan living area was very bright, light and sociable, with a large covered terrace to one side and lovely tranquil rural and river views to the other side. The large kitchen area was very well thought out and very well equipped for our stay of eight nights. Every aspect of self catering was covered and nothing was missing. Just perfect. We would love to return again to continue exploring this lovely region. Thank you.

We had a nice stay, the accommodation was clean and well located, the view facing the sea is magnificent. We noticed a little humidity in the bedroom, maybe not ventilated enough.

We loved our stay in Quimper. The apartment was really well located , 2 minutes walk from restaurants, shops, cafes. Downtown Quimper is really beautiful. This stay was exceptional. We are used to the "AirBnB" and both the apartment, and the hospitality, and the breathtaking view of the harbor of Brest have made these few days one of the best, if not the best, stay spent since we used AirBnB. Many thanks to our hosts.

A comfortable studio in a superb location with lovely walks on the doorstep. Yves was very knowledgeable about the local area and left detailed instructions for walks and outings. The view from the balcony is simply outstanding. Yves is a friendly and flexible host.
