The charm of Les Sables Blancs

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

You can also relax on a terrace allowing you to enjoy a sumptuous landscape as well as access to a private garden.

Morgat sea & beach apartment with pool

Exceptional location on the Crozon peninsula for this apartment overlooking Morgat Bay and its beach. In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September.

You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Come and take a trip to the end of the earth in Douarnenez, in our 30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in June 2021, at the Pointe de Tréboul residence. 10 steps from the water, you will enjoy at every moment the spectacle of the sea, the view of Tristan Island, the activity of the marina with its sailing school and the many old rigs that cross in front of the terrace.

Relax in this 45 m2 quiet and elegant accommodation, take a moment outdoors to relax under a large mulberry tree in its large flowery garden with sea view. 200 m from the beach and the GR34. Summer is a very popular season for us and to better manage arrivals and departures via our work, our rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
