Beautiful apartment overlooking water and park

This accommodation is located on the 2nd floor in a former warehouse right on the Stadtgraben Lübeck. All major points of contact are nearby and within walking distance. (Downtown approx. 15 min , train station about 10 min.) The 4-storey house is very lively during the day. On the ground floor there is a kindergarten, upstairs apartments, an office and a movement room (occasionally classes in the evening). At night it gets very quiet because the house is not located on a street.

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.

Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.
