It is located 5 minutes from the city center and 12 km from the legendary Brocéliande forest, 10 km from Josselin and 15 km from Malestrois, with beautiful walks in store. Ample parking right across the street. (Apartment located on the 2nd floor without elevator access). Access to the garden is possible, and there are two large fans in the apartment!
