Ideal for families or groups of friends with a games room and a pool, there is plenty to do, and it is also a great base to explore the Vienne and Charente. Please note there is a minimum 3 night stay.

Our stunning three bedroom apartment is located in a small hamlet just outside the pretty village of Pressac, an idyllic, tranquil setting with a 10 minute walk into the village. We are 50 minutes from both Limoges and Poitiers, our local airports. A 15 minute drive to the nearest supermarket in the town of Confolens and plenty to do for all the family in the surrounding area including fishing, walking, canoeing, horse riding, zip wiring, parcours and the wonderful valley of the monkeys.

The Cottage is perfect for a back to nature holiday- but with a private Pool and Hot Tub. Peace and Tranquility-perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Rural France. There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

Epenede is a quiet rural village ideally suited for countryside walks & cycling, with lots of wildlife for bird watching and photography. This area is particularly known for its clear night skies and amazing star gazing. Just 3 km from the nearest shop/cafe bar and 13 km from the picturesque town of Confolens with shops, super markets, boulangeries, restaraunts, cafes and cinema. Poitiers, Angouleme & Limoges are about 45 min car journey from Epenede, offering Air & Rail links.
