Located between Dinan, Dinard and Saint-Malo, it's a good place to start for discovering the region or the Emerald Coast. The street is quiet, in a cul-de-sac. The loft will seduce you with its brightness and the unusual space it exudes. A place that's out of the ordinary!

You can get to St Malo by sea bus, it will drop you off at the foot of the ramparts in 20 minutes. The pier is 500 m from the apartment. The Emerald Coast is waiting for you!

This house is our main residence, which we rent out during our vacations/weekends. Beautiful 160 m2 farmhouse, south-facing, all stone, typically Breton, with 3000 m2 of land both in the countryside and close to major tourist sites (Mont St Michel/Saint Malo/Cancale/Dinard...). Great for families with 2 children. We do not charge a cleaning fee because we are counting on you to do it and take care of our house.
