The house is furnished as a cozy little nest with modern comforts + private parking. It is ideal for a couple or family of 4 people. German and English spoken.

Come to relax in an exceptional and preserved site, in a mill of the fifteenth century, located in the heart of Morbihan. Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. Surrounded by forest, plains and moors, it's a paradise for trout fishing with no kill, photography or nature. Located 20 minutes from the sea and close to many touristic sites (Branféré Park, , the most beautiful village of France "Rochefort en Terre).

We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The listed price is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a surcharge will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.
