The apartment was very well-maintained . There was nothing missing from the range, the host was very friendly. Definitely recommend!!!!

Philipp’s place was super clean and freshly renovated. We especially loved the upstairs bedroom - it was lovely! Fully equipped kitchen and a great dining room area - perfect for a beautiful meal with wine together after a day out in Ludwigsburg or Stuttgart. Philipp was a fantastic host and was very helpful with anything we needed. We hope to stay again one day 💕

It felt like "coming home." The family lives in the house, the front door was mostly open during the day, the children played in the driveway, everything was great "easy & uncomplicated". The apartment is in the attic, comfortably furnished ...but without much fuss ...you have everything you need. The apartment is super bright and has a beautiful view. Parking was always right outside the door. We would come back;)

We stayed for 3 nights in Brunilda's apartment because we visited relatives within walking distance. By chance, we met Brunilda right upon our arrival and were received in a very friendly manner by her. Otherwise, check-in is via lockbox with code. We loved it there, everything in the apartment is tip-top. And perfectly clean! For us, the bed was very comfortable - we slept heavenly. Even with the window open, although it is right on the street. To unload the luggage, we parked very briefly in front of the door - otherwise you have to park the car somewhere on the side of the road. We will definitely come again!! Thank you Brunilda :-)

We had a great time at this place! Everything was perfectly as advertised, or even better. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The host was welcoming, responsive and very attentive throughout our stay. The location is ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area. We leave with very good memories and we'll be back with pleasure. Again, thank you for this great experience!

The apartment is not only beautiful, but also very cozy and welcoming – you immediately feel at home. Everything was available, and everything was really thought of, from the kitchen equipment to small extras that made the stay particularly pleasant. The apartment was also spotlessly clean and well maintained. Madeleine was flexible and very friendly, responded quickly to questions and gave great recommendations for the area. I'd love to come back :-)

The stay was very good. The place was very clean and we liked it very much. We wanted to check in earlier and Jens got back to us so quickly and we were allowed to check in earlier. Location is also very quiet and relaxed. Highly recommended.

The apartment is perfect for exploring Ludwigsburg. Everything is in walking distance. Several parking garages in the immediate vicinity. It was quiet at night! Simon is very helpful, we were even allowed to enter the apartment earlier, which we were very happy about with a baby. Right next to the apartment is a delicatessen where the coffee looked delicious. Bakery 2 minutes' walk. We will be happy to come back

The place is really lovely, very carefully and beautifully decorated and offers large space. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Specially love the spacious and very cool terrace.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and hot tub everything worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there you can look over it and make it clean. But all in all, it was very nice and we will be back.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

It was a very neat and perfect place. It's a place where you can communicate well with the host and feel warm and thoughtful consideration.

Our stay was really great. The place was perfect to escape the ordinary. The hostess was very attentive and took very good care of us. She was available at all times and always responded quickly and kindly - totally uncomplicated. A real heartfelt recommendation!

We had a lovely stay at the place. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was tidy and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.

When we arrived, we were greeted personally by Angelika, and received a good briefing, especially in the many functionalities of the bathroom exhibition. But also the recommendation where you could eat or what activities were passed on. What we also liked very much was that there were some fresh fruits nicely served on a plate. The diversity was also impressive. Overall, it was two beautiful days.
