You’re just seven blocks from Lady Bird Lake and around the corner from coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Your hosts have lived in the community for over 20 years and would love to make recs. We're two miles from Interstate 35 and State Highway 71, five miles from Bergstrom Airport, and six miles from downtown and the Austin Convention Center. We're less than a block from the #311 bus route and half a mile from the #7 bus route.

We're down the street from a 400 acre park with river access and a trail system that connects to the Ladybird Lake trail and boardwalk. We have a downtown view and 2 nature preserves within a 10 minute walk. All that, plus easy access to the Airport and Circuit of the Americas. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
