The property features a wet weather creek and reservoir that attracts turkeys, ducks, wild boar, and deer. Take a hike, a dip, then head to the brewery for some R&R... your perfect day awaits. All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. The house is alway clean and nice and a great getaway from the city life. Love going to Blacks BBQ in Lockhart to grab a great meal every time we stay here! Jeff is a super responsive host and is a pleasure to interact with!

place was great! beautiful yard with a fire pit, pool was great. beds were extremely comfortable. if you do sleep in 1 of the 2 barn rooms, keep in mind no bathroom and if you do have small dogs, there is a possibility they can get under the fencing/gate door. but overall an amazing stay. highly recommend!!

We rented this house for a corporate team-building retreat for a small team. It worked perfectly! We had ample space to spread out for our work time as well as relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and it was a wonderful, clean, and peaceful escape for my team. I would recommend to anyone looking for a similar setup to have your team under one roof but still have privacy and space to themselves. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities due to the weather, but even still, everything was as pictured and wonderful. We brought in a private chef for our meals who found the kitchen well-stocked for their needs with loads of dishes and good space to spread out. Thanks for a great stay!
