This peaceful! central 'hood on Shoal Creek is close to restaurants, shops, UT & inviting walking trails. There's a fridge (3.1 cu ft), microwave, and coffee maker; plenty of nearby eateries exist for a variety of sustenance & budgets. The Casita works well for one couple with one (or two small) children or 2 or 3 adults who need two bedrooms.
