Very unusual open guest house studio in fantastic central Austin location. Gay friendly neighborhood. All are welcome. EV charger. 13 foot ceilings, concrete floors. Modern kitchen and bath. Great outdoor space. Was formerly a potters studio. Exceptionally quiet, very thick walls. Clarksville is an eclectic central Austin neighborhood five minutes from downtown. Great neighborhood restaurants, coffee, grocery a block away. Nothing quite like this in Austin.
