Kind and friendly hosts! The space had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and towels were soft. Cozy stay for a weekend getaway.

Our stay at David and Patti's creekside home was absolutely delightful! The house itself was clean and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the beautiful Texas Hill Country One of the standout features of this location is its incredible proximity to numerous natural attractions. We loved being just a short drive from gems like Hamilton Pool, Westcave Preserve, and Pedernales Falls, making it easy to immerse ourselves in the stunning local scenery. Beyond the parks, the area also boasts a fantastic selection of breweries and wineries, and the great BBQ options were a definite plus David and Patti's communication was seamless, and they made us feel right at home. Patti's breakfast is an absolute must-try! It was truly delicious and a highlight of our morning We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this creekside gem and will definitely be back for another visit. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located base to explore the area

Emily’s little guesthouse was a perfect find. We stayed 5days and had everything we needed, it was well stocked, even a blender and Texas Pecan coffee. The guesthouse was quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. Loved the location. Emily was friendly and gave clear instructions and responds quickly to messages. I hope to stay there again when we are visiting family.

We had a great stay in Griffin. It was quiet when we visited and barely other guests and it was so very peaceful. A little tight for a family of 4 and a fair amount of luggage (this was part of a longer trip for us) but it is a tiny home afterall! We really enjoyed relaxing outdoors in the hammocks and enjoying the peaceful setting. The kids liked the refreshing pool on a hot day. The location is a good base for exploring Lake Travis, hikes and a visit to Hamilton Pools (we loved this!) Dripping Springs and venturing further into the hill country. Our few days here was a gentle change of pace to a big trip and was very restorative.

Everything as described and overall very nice stay. House is comfortable and exactly as in pictures. Easy to find. All appliances were in working order and every room was clean. Air conditioning was cranked on when we arrived - cold - something I want and appreciate. The hot tub is very nice and Matthew came by to show us how it worked. It is a small hot tub but a nice touch. Matthew started a nice fire for us as well. Nice place for a family with young kids.

We were only here for one night, but next time I hope to stay longer! Quiet neighborhood, amazing backyard, well stocked accommodations. Would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues as they mention in the listing. Very close to everything we wanted to do and easy to get around. Definitely will come again!

Wish we could've stayed longer! The area is located in the middle of so many things that would be great to do wine tasting, whiskey places, restaurants, bars, attractions. If you do your research before arriving you'll have a list of things to do. Nonetheless, if evem if you don't, and you decide to stay at the house its feels secluded enough and spacious enough that that youre not crammed. The kitchen has so many cooking utensils and pots/pans that it felt like a home away from home. The grill was such a plus and with a full propane tank! Lastly, the dock offered so much space that if needed you could dip and sunbathe all you want. I will be back!

We had a great time! Jim was super helpful and welcoming and the campground was beautiful. Lots of stuff to explore and friendly people. The camper was perfect and just like the photos and description!

Truong and Thao’a place was amazing! My family and I had a great time! The heated pool was amazing and we used it everyday we stayed. The house was clean with plenty for the kids to do inside. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and the weather was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with family or friends!

Amazing location and privacy, quiet and still accessible. Michelle accommodated us last minute and it was great.

Tina’s desire to make her guests feel welome was apparent in all the details. Her friendliness & stocked pantry of high quality (organic, non GMO etc) ingredients for baking along w/ other yummy items in the fridge made us feel so welcome; she included things like dental kits, bug spray, & sleep masks in case a guest did not bring their own. On rather short notice she coordinated for us to help her father in law feed the goats, turkeys & peacock. Our whole family loved the experience. I personally was enamored w/Stormcloud, who had quite the personality. The baby goats were hilarious to watch as they frolicked around. No chickens or sheep at the home (April 2025) but the goats stole the show & we found ourselves at their pen often. The tree swing was a hit and we had a lovely outdoor picnic/BBQ & enjoyed roasting smore's at the firepit as the sun went down. We all had a fabulous time. Thanks again Tina & Farmer Frank!

Beautiful place! Clean and neat. We were able to relax in a wonderful surrounding and explore Dripping Springs easily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is awesome! The building is so interesting and so well built. We loved every minute of our stay! 10/10

I stayed here for my bachelorette and it was the perfect space to host my girl friends and me for a short weekend getaway! We were able to spend time on the deck and inside for game night and dinner. Places to shop and eat are not far away and Jacob’s Well is close by too! This was a seamless and enjoyable stay- would recommend to others!

One of the best Airbnb experiences. Kelly is the sweetest, amazing host! The Airbnb was amazing and myself and friends enjoyed our stay! Kelly was so sweet and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay!

Clean, peaceful. Nice dogs and soothing chickens in the AM. Everything you need, mini fridge and coffee. Jen was communicative and concerned enough that I was going to miss my flight so knocked on door to wake me. The flight had been delayed which she didn’t know but shows her heart. We had a great stay. The place was incredible. A little secluded and out of the way. Being able to wake up and walk the property with the horses grazing was an added plus that my niece loved to do every morning. The space was very clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Will definitely book again for family functions. Eddie was very responsive when we asked questions. A++ host.

This place is just like described beautiful little farm house casita. The rooster, chicken, kitties, and dogs all made the stay worthwhile. Host was great a helpful. I plan on staying here again.

We stayed here when in Dripping Springs for a family wedding. This was a really nice location for gathering family to hang out and relax when all the family was together for the weekend. House was clean and spacious. Thanks for the hospitality

I am transitioning from Colorado to Austin. Cindy and Iris provided an incredible experience to get away from the city and really enjoy some peace and quiet. But also enjoy the security of a small community, while trying to find a job and a potential apartment.. So serene I definitely will be back whenever a getaway is needed Also overly grateful as I was able to complete my mission through the help of this amazing opportunity.. Thank you truly

This spot is awesome! Great size house for large groups. The pool and outdoor kitchen were a hit, but there are also many smaller details within the house made this place feel like home - clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, plenty of seating, furniture, storage (2 fridges is key!) etc. Well worth it if you have a large group and want a private spot outside of Austin. Rideshare are available but try to schedule these in advance if you plan to go downtown Austin.

We had a great stay at Chuck’s Airbnb! It was wonderful to have one floor living as my mother cannot do stairs very well. Before I booked, Chuck confirmed this. Pictures were accurate and description was accurate. Chuck was very responsive and addressed all my questions. My kids loved the flex space and my mother taught them how to play blackjack and poker with the cards and chips provided in the home! I highly recommend Chuck’s home and would stay here again!
