My experience in this apartment was excellent from the very beginning. The cleanliness was impeccable—everything was perfectly organized and clearly well taken care of. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures: modern, cozy, and very well maintained, with no unpleasant surprises. Carlos and Mary, Ana’s siblings, were outstanding hosts. From the first contact, they were kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome and at home. The location of the apartment is ideal: safe, quiet, and conveniently close to everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable, allowing us to get great rest throughout our stay. The air conditioning works perfectly and keeps the space cool and comfortable at all times. The water pressure, both hot and cold, was excellent—which isn’t always the case in other places. And without a doubt, one of the highlights is the terrace: the views from there are beautiful, perfect for enjoy.

Primera vez en Cuba, fui con 4 amigos, como despedida de soltero y el alojamiento fue ideal, la zona es tranquila, salimos de fiesta y caminamos sin ningún inconveniente a las 4-5 am, la limpieza perfecta, toallas limpias, las camas bien y algunos restaurantes cercanos y más! La persona que cuida de la casa, Noel, una gran persona que nos apoyó con dudas en general de la ciudad, nos recomendó restaurantes y más, espero regresar pronto. ✨

The house and staff are awesome. Gabriel and Suzette make everything easy and comfortable and helped us feel right at home in Cuba. The house was built in 1915. It's basically the second floor of a mansion with the front door on the ground floor where security is always there. The ceilings are about 15' high with lots of mouldings and drapes with giant tassles etc. The roof deck was a really nice place to hang out in the evenings and take in the surroundings. It's close to restaurants and the oceanfront sidewalk that runs the length of Havana.

Excelente estancia en el departamento de Rosa. En primer lugar y desde antes de hacer la reserva Rosa respondió a todas mis preguntas de manera rápida y clara. Durante nuestra estadía se preocupó de cada detalle. Somos 6 personas viajando y todos quedamos muy felices. El departamento es muy lindo. Cómodo. Con aire acondicionado y wifi. Las camas muy cómodas para descansar. Todo muy limpio y la ubicación muy buena para salir a comer, bailar y disfrutar de La Habana de manera segura. Recomendaré este alojamiento a mis amigos que quieran conocer La Habana.

¡Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue absolutamente increíble! La casa estaba impecable, muy limpia y bien cuidada. La atención por parte de los anfitriones fue de primera clase, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. La casa es muy amplia, perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar con comodidad. El porche delantero es encantador, ideal para tomar un café por la mañana o simplemente relajarse. El patio también fue uno de nuestros lugares favoritos: espacioso y perfecto para pasar tiempo al aire libre. ¡Definitivamente volveremos en nuestra próxima visita!

My good friend and me had a wonderful time in this spacy and nice mid century furnished appartement. I love especially the big wintergarden to the 23rd avenue. There you have en excellent view on this busy street with all the great cuban vintage cars and the lively bustle of the people. Excellent! I hope to come back an other time! PS: Yoyo made a great job!

from the moment i booked giraldo's place, he was very responsive and friendly. the apartment was exactly as described and has a fabulous view of the city from the large balcony. the location on avenida de los presidentes was very convenient. the apartment is large and very comfortable.

Very welcoming home away from home! Friendly neighbours who were a true help anytime needed. Myself and my husband, we have arrived in Havana right after hurricane Rafael, experiencing some days without electricity or running water together with the locals, yet our memory of Havana has been one to remember in the best possible way thanks to the communication with the host and the trustworthy neighbourhood people who have helped us get around. The flat is exactly as presented in the photos and is located a walk away from the old Havana, the center where all tourists roam around. It is especially nice going to enjoy the sunset in the evening, walking along the "malecón de la Havana", which us just 5-10 min from the property. William and Mayra, together with her falmily, have been so nice that whatever we needed, the communication was easy and they helped us at any time. Clean and spacious, the Black and White apartment was comfortable and safe during our stay. We would gladly return.

Zunilda was very professional and responsive. We loved staying at the very cute apartment. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, the neighborhood felt safe. We really like the air bnb, The caretaker Maria was very helpful and made good breakfasts for us. Her husband provided with great car transportation. The accommodations were good. The only complaint is that you have to go outside our rented space to get wi-fi reception because it was not possible inside the house. Also, the location of the home was different than the coordinates noted on the airbnb site. It was 2 niles away from where we thought we were and this made a difference since we were there for a triathlon. We thought it was easy 7 minute walk to marina but the walk more like like 25 minute walk to marina. Otherwise we a had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the town of Santa Fe.

This was the most impressive home we stayed in! Located in Miramar, a top neighborhood surrounded by diplomatic and residential homes, it’s unassuming outside but a stunning surprise inside—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with an artistic beach vibe. You can rent by room or the entire space. Four en suite rooms, but all 5 rooms have keypad-locked doors and safes for security. Location also includes 24/7 security. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a coffee machine, top-tier appliances (hair dryer), and streaming services (WiFi can be spotty, as expected in Cuba). Includes both 110 & 220 outlets. Lots of thought and intention. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! Marcos is an amazing host—attentive, responsive, and able to arrange transportation, tours, or dining. The staff keeps the home pristine. A truly special stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!

Our stay at the Miramar apartment in Cuba was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was beautiful, immaculate, and perfectly maintained—everything felt fresh, crisp, and inviting. The breakfasts were delicious and a perfect way to start each day. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay, and the WiFi was good, making it easy to stay connected. A huge thank you to TAYMI, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. She took care of all our needs with incredible attention to detail, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we required. From arranging transportation to and from the airport and the university to making us feel completely at home, she was simply outstanding—so, so good! Equally impressive was Maribel’s responsiveness—every question I had was answered within minutes! The communication and service were top-notch, making this one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. I will certainly be back!!

Tolle Unterkunft am Meer. Es ist einfach traumhaft schön jeden Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer seinen Kaffee zu genießen und am Abend den Sonnenuntergang sehen zu können. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, in der Nähe befinden sich auch ein paar empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Das Frühstück, welches uns zubereitet wurde war super. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Unsere Hausdame Mare war immer für uns da, hat uns geholfen, die Unterkunft war super sauber und alles was wir benötigten war da. Alle die dort arbeiten, auch das Sicherheitspersonal, die am Abend die Unterkunft bewachen, waren toll und super liebe Menschen. Wer nach Kuba möchte, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle Zeit dort.

Our stay was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond for our family and were quick to respond to every message and request whether on line or in person. Everything and everyone were so great and helpful. We all loved the breakfast offered in the house. Odess helped coordinate a day trip to Varadero for us and taxis whenever we needed. The girls who work in the house are equally as incredible. We had the most perfect time and will definitely be returning soon.

We returned to Yeneir’s house after visiting 7 years ago and it was just as perfect this time. The house is lovely and the neighbourhood is so beautiful, peaceful, safe and friendly with several great restaurants nearby. Gretel was an amazing host who took care of our every need in such a friendly, competent manner. We can’t recommend this wonderful home more highly! Massima disponibilitá e flessibilità, ottimo alloggio, l'ho già consigliato a tutti i miei più cari amici! Ci ritornerò sicuramente. A due passi dalla "calle Linea" arteria principale e dall'Havana Libre, ove è possibile trovare mezzi di trasporto per recarsi in qualsiasiasi zona di La Havana. Zona tranquilla. Yani che vi accoglierá all'arrivo, secondo me, è il valore aggiunto di questo alloggio, sempre con il sorriso ed è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e l'host persona squisita, affabile e gentile con risposte in tempi rapidissimi per qualsiasi soluzione. Excelente apartamento tal como se ve en las fotos, limpio y con lo necesario para que tengas una agradable estancia. A una cuadra de la avenida principal lo que facilita que puedas tomar un taxi, muy cercano al Malecón Habanero, también tiene muy buenos restaurantes en el área. Lucía te dará una agradable bienvenida y te asistirá en cualquier tema.

Realmente es el mejor lugar donde me he quedado en Cuba, es un departamento muy cómodo, coincide completamente con las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y en la zona de vedado que está cerca de muchos puntos de interés. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y en otra visita seguro regresaré a este lugar.

Un excelente lugar, el mejor airbnb en el que he estado. Muy cómodo, limpio, tiene todo lo necesario y está una zona muy bonita. Tienen un barcito en la terraza que está muy bien. Orlando fue muy atento y estuvo siempre pendiente de resolver.
