Living by the sea.

Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

A spacious balcony features arched openings that frame views of Vedado's skyline. Woven rattan furniture, including chairs and a coffee table, invites relaxation. A table adorned with a white tablecloth stands ready for dining. The floor showcases a colorful tile pattern, complementing the bright, natural light.
