Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Havana

The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

Our stay at Carlos' place was great. The space is fantastic and very well decorated. Janio (Carlos' concierge) was extremely attentive and helpful. Having a phone with a local sim card makes all the difference! Staying at this place gives you more than just a place to sleep. Price is on the high end of the range compared with other places and could perhaps be lowered a bit, but if your budget allows, I would still recommend it! I give this place a 10/10!

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

Amelia and Alfonso are lovely. She is a whirlwind of vitality. The house was very clean and comfortable and nice. Very modern inside and with air conditioning and fans so as not to be hot. Amelia recommended places to eat in the area and explained where the WiFi area was, very close to the house. The central station is also very close and also the Plaza de la Revolución. They adapted to our schedules without a problem and advised us about the neighborhood and at the time of taking the Viazul we had planned for the next day.

2 days in a very pleasant setting, a relaxing bubble with the family facing the sea, feet in the water 🤩 The house is spacious and bright, it feels good. Great hosting with little extras that are appreciated: beach towels, laundry, a well-equipped kitchen and a very good homemade cake 😋

The place was right out of the magazine. Beautiful space, close to many fun spots. Our host was really kind to plan everything for us. The helpers were very nice. I wish we could communicate more, learn about their culture and sit and chat, but with language barrier it wasn't possible. I wish our hostess was in town, so could've chatted. I'd highly recommend this place to everyone.

Diana is a 10 host. She is kind, helpful, attentive, caring, discreet, respectful...my daughter and I were a few sick days and her concern and familiarity confirmed that being in her apartment was a hit. Apartments of more or less comfort we can find without a doubt, the difficult thing is to find a host who knows how to combine attention and at the same time respect your privacy and living space and Diana gives that balance in an exceptional way. His apartment is located in an unbeatable area of Vedado where there is all kinds of service and from which you can move without problems to other places and not to do so, the terraces of the apartment are perfect to rest with a good coffee or whatever it affects. Thank you thousand Diana for being so special, my family and I are more than satisfied and I recommend to the Airbnb Community, that in Havana they do not miss the opportunity to be in their apartment and have the joy of meeting them. Our love for you and family.

For me i stayed for seven days it was awesome very clean and secure the location was also great i was literally in the middle of all the night clubs restaurants ,etc and most of all Ms Anna very helpful with everything you can thinking about, (here favorite words not a problem ) Thanks Ms Anna.

Had a great stay at Gretel & Jorge’s place. Everything was as advertised, the apartment was clean and spacious. The hosts arranged a driver to and from the airport which was super helpful, they provided the SIM cards free of charge which was critical, and also arranged for a currency exchange at a good rate. We didn’t take them up on any of the excursions as we had already arranged our own but would definitely have done it if we needed to. Overall we are extremely grateful for our hosts. Vilda was the person who met us for check in and check out and who we communicated with primarily for any day-to-day needs. We had an incident where we broke the key trying to open the front door from the inside and Vilda was there to rescue us within 15 minutes!! AC worked great, there was hot water as well. The apartment does get hot during the day but with AC it is fine - obviously if there are power outages it is tougher, but Vilda provided the schedule for the outages and we were able to adjust.

The manager Erick was very helpful and friendly, kudos for him.

I would highly recommend this condo. It's on the second floor, the elevator is helpful but with frequent power outings, it's only two flights of steps should you need to use them, think about that before booking one with a higher floor and a great view. It was an easy walk to several restaurants. Most days and nights it was cool enough with ceiling fans but the air was great in the bedrooms when needed. Mercedes was took us to a small hard to find store where we could buy water, pop, rum and the like. She was easy to call if we needed anything, we could call from the phone in the condo. She is a great host and we were very happy to meet her.

Karina’s assistant Victor, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable 10/10. The place is beautiful and clean, it’s also close to restaurants, bars and convenience stores. My stay at the Karina’s place was definitely 10/10.

The host Ramon was very attentive and responsive as well his assistant Alex was flexible with our check in hours and was always there to help out. Overall great place and location with good beds and living room and well set up bathrooms with hot water. The view is amazing but only limited due to on going building construction as the scalfolde obstructs 75% as well the front of the building is very old but highly secured to park our car on the street. Look forward to staying there again next time I visit.

Staying at this Havana penthouse was unforgettable. The property is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a panoramic overlook of the city from an iconic 1950s building. It felt like stepping back in time, with mid-20th-century decor beautifully preserved while offering all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The space was not only charming but also incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive, creating a unique and timeless atmosphere. The breeze in the large balcony is amazing. The host, Enrique, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. He kept the space pristine, checked in regularly, and was incredibly accommodating. When my flight was delayed, he generously extended my stay at no extra cost. Internet access, often challenging in Cuba, was reliable 24/7. During our two-week stay, everything was perfect. On New Year’s Eve, Enrique even brought us food and treats, making it even more special. The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in!

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

100% RECOMMENDED - BACK Marta and her assistants are charming!! The house is perfect in the center of Vedado, (best area of Havana), spacious, clean, very well located, nice views and very quiet area. Elevator with generator (always working). Wifi is very good and always works (a miracle for Cuba). The house is on a 9º with a large terrace and very good views. There are several restaurants on the same block (one is 24horas), the area is very quiet and safe. Close to places like the Hotel Nacional (worth taking a mojito on the terrace), the Melia Habana libre, the President (terrace to have something very cheap). THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MARTA!!

We were very well received by our hostess who helped us in everything we need. The villa was clean and had good kitchen utensils, as well as a hairdryer and washing machine. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice, kind and very helpful people. Great value. Easy to take ways to get around even if you're back late.
