The apartment is on the second floor of the Altamar 2 building and has a breathtaking ocean view. It is suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has exclusive parking. We are 5 minutes away from the shopping mall. The direct exit to the beach is perfect for morning walks along the beach. We have covered places on the beach that can be used for various activities. IMPORTANT: Due to the gated community policy, only guests without criminal records will be accepted.

The condominium has a social area with direct access to the sea Pool, Jacuzzi and grill to enjoy a family day 1 minute from Playa Paraiso, Los Picos, etc. When check-out is on Sunday and I don't have another reservation, you can enjoy it until 4:00pm
