This location was great, the host was amazing very communicative. When I first arrived I was lost due to the address being wrong however the host called me right away and gave me the correct instructions upon entry into the home. The area is a tad bit underdeveloped… but overall the experience was good. The Airbnb was up to date and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Joseph's place, it had everything we needed, it's safe, quiet and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. To be honest I was hesitant to book after seeing some of the reviews, about construction next door, security guards and that the beds are hard, but from our experience guards were friendly and yes, the beds are hard and the pillows might need to be replaced, but it was nothing we couldn’t get used to. Our only recommendation would be to remove some of the clothing items on the main closet, for guests to use the space.

The place is amazing and central, the only thing that can be annoying is the noise since it is above a food place, they close late and open early, but other than that everything is amazing, everything is very close and the warmth of the place is very nice, it has all the basics you need to stay for a few days ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a nice spot and the owner was very responsive to whatever needs I had. It is conveniently located to the local bar, restaurants and clubs. Recommend to anyone visiting Rosarito, and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

The place was just exactly as of pictures. Feel very secure. You parked inside of the property. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Overall with a great experience.

Nice spot near the strip. We were able to walk around and not have to pay for parking. Parked on the street in front of the place with no issues.

The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the ocean, waking up to that every morning was unforgettable. The home was spacious and perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard, made it safe for our toddler to play in the sand. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and bbq. We will definitely stay at this Airbnb again.

It was a very good experience, Alicia took care of any detail with a message or call, which made the stay even more pleasant. The house is very spacious, the pool and jacuzzi are very nice, an excellent experience. We will rent again

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

This is one of the cleanest Airbnb places I have stayed in. Every little detail is thought of from the kitchen utensils, card games and even a first aid kit. We didn’t want for anything. Bed and pillows are super comfy too! TVs have pretty much every streaming app. All in all it’s a great place to stay in Playas!
