Please NO KIDS under 14 due to security with pool table & sauna (there is a $60dlls charge per child) You will be inside a private, gated, complete BEACH FRONT with 24 /7 security & plenty of parking You are walking distance to everything downtown, including the Rosarito Beach Hotel, restaurants, coffee shops (my favorite Coffee at the PIER) and Papas&Beer. This is an OLD MOBILE HOME, with old maintenance problems but everything working and 100% clean

We are on a 10th floor ( elevators available) and have an amazing 180 degree view from our terrace. Two bathrooms , two bedrooms and a bathtub on the master bedroom.
