This unique property 20 miles south of Rosarito sits on the Baja coast inside one of the area's premiere gated communities. Just 1 mile north of Villas Paraiso, the 4-story beach home provides 3 separate guest suites on the 1st floor just off an outdoor kitchen/patio with a large (huge!) blue-tile fountain. The Blue Casita includes satellite TV, a ceiling fan, AC, a phone, a radio, a private bath, and a kitchenette. To enjoy ocean views and a lounge, guests take the elevator to the 4th floor.

We arrived a bit late than expected, the staff at Rubens, the restaurant next door, were so helpful because my phone was not picking up good signal so they called for me. Amalia the property manager came out and greeted us with a smile and got us to our room with ease. Place is as advertised, clean, modern, and we loved the little details of an extra toothbrush and fresh coffee in the morning. Had a great night sleep, bed was comfortable and the room was great!

Awesome stay! John's place was beautiful, homey and had great energy running through the property! Our room was so nice and clean and decorated, the bed was comfortable and the AC was ICE COLD! Having access to the 4th floor was awesome because we got to watch the sunset and then read our books with the waves crashing in the background. John's friends that were watching the house were amazing, kind and super helpful. They were always asking us how we were doing or if we needed anything. Also, they have the nicest and sweetest dogs! We will definitely be back! Thank you, John!
