The house is just as shown in the photos, very beautiful and very comfortable for the whole family. The beach is really very private, you have to take into account wearing water shoes because it has a lot of shells The pool is very comfortable and the internet is as fast as mentioned in the description Monica was super nice, attentive and answered all questions It is definitely a very nice place if you want to spend quiet days with the family. It is 25 minutes from Progreso and a couple of kilometers away there are Oxxos

We really enjoyed the house. We were very comfortable there, the landscaping was beautiful and having the back terrace and pool meant you weren’t waiting for the sun to hit all day. They were perfect hosts; checked on us but weren’t intrusive

What a lovely place. Really by the sea where you could also swim really spacious, wonderfully quiet. Recommended! There were two of us but could have sat here quietly with all our children. Viejo Bar is a nice place nearby (2,5 km) where there is regular live music. Supermarket where you can really get groceries (My Marketplace) is a 20 minute walk. Smaller for drinks and chips are closer. We consciously chose not to rent a car and was easy to do with Ubers. We'd love to come back!

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

Unique beautiful house with a stunning vaulted living room filled with sunlight and art! It was such a great space that we ended up spending more time at the house than we anticipated, lounging by the pool, and on the beach. A one of a kind experience!

Our family loved our weekend stay to disconnect and enjoy the quiet beach and beautiful scenery. The house was about a 10-15min drive from the center of Progreso, which meant it was very quiet. The rooms were spacious and we had enough towels and sheets. Fanny was very friendly helping us get oriented and settled in.

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over Mexico and this trip was my favorite. The place is beautiful, right on the water! There was plenty of drinking/cooking water provided. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. I would recommend renting a car to make exploring easier. If you’re a beach lover, this is the place! Rossy also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Although our favorite part of our trip was our beach days at the house. Thank you so much, Rossy! We WILL be back!

The house and the location made my family spend pleasant days. Blanca and her team were always pending and were very nice

pros- very good communication. one little issue with a door and it was fixed in a very timely manner. cons-Only negative would be living room furniture was very uncomfortable. All and all we were very happy with the accomodations.

The house was really nice, there were a few bugs in the kitchen area but everything was fine, clean and spacious rooms, everything was really good, the only drawback we had was the entrance key, it was very old and difficult to open and close the house, but other than that everything was very good

Excellent attention from April, the villa is amazing with everything you need to enjoy the stay with the family, everything is very clean, definitely a place that we will return very soon.

The place is nice, very good attention and very friendly, I was very quick to respond the messages and I would definitely return and I recommend it for a weekend or more days, it is an incredible place, quiet cozy!

The apartment is as shown in the photos, Carolina, the co-host, is always attentive, the kitchen is well-equipped, in general everything is excellent, the area is very quiet and a few steps from the beach, we had a problem since they don't have the keys to the interior doors, a door was locked with a security lock and Carolina helped us by sending the locksmith, which we had to pay, when it should be the host's responsibility to have all the keys to the house.

This is a beautiful space to relax and take advantage of the pool and sea. Although there was no air conditioning, most days the breeze kept the home comfortable. The home is well appointed and can easily handle a party of 6. Although the beach seems to be receding, quiet, leisurely walks for 1.5 plus km are possible in either direction. When two minor issues arose with water and the wind, Rashid had them looked after by his staff within two hours. They live on the large property offering convenience and security. The local town is just 7 minutes away by taxi or a simple walk. Very relaxing stay!

I wish we would've rented a car as there are no golf cart rentals in Telchac. Google shows many restaurants but they are all almost closed our close at 6pm. no night life and very hard to get around.

We stayed for 2.5 months and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and area in which it was located. Kaylene and co host José were fantastic to deal with, very prompt in responding to any issues or concerns we had. The unit itself is lovely however a bit over priced when hearing what others in building were paying for similar condos,however we understand this is the owner’s discretion on setting price. With no control on her part, the condo had an odour of sewage emanating from the third bathroom shower drain making that bedroom unable to be used if needed to. Kaylene advised us to use draino however just to let her know we purchased Fabuloso which worked better, for future reference. Overall our first time in Mexico was absolutely wonderful with credit to Kaylene, Jose and Jose Angel. The caretakers Antonio and Angelica were very friendly, kept the outside areas of the complex clean and we enjoyed meeting them. We would recommend this condo and both hosts 100%.

Ana was a great Host, her divine house by the sea was the perfect place to spend a few days on a family vacation. The people who support Ana in handling the house very helpful and friendly as well. 100% recommended accommodation. The place is exactly as the pictures look. We would definitely come back

It was perfect for our multi family get together. It allowed for privacy and had large areas for social gatherings. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the daily cleaning and our cook was really great!
