On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Casa Quetzal offers one of the best views in town. The home is tucked into tropical forests in Sayulita's northern hills; The Pacific Ocean and a sea breeze constant companions. Mini Split AC recently added in each of the bedrooms. The main square of Sayulita is less than a mile away and the sea is about a ten minute walk down Nanzal Hill. Walking or living on Nanzal is not for everyone; it's wild, it's steep, it's jungle, but if you love a view, Quetzal awaits.

From the house it's a 5 mn walk to the plaza and another 2 to 3 to the main beach. Golfcart comes with the house. Wifi is Telmex fiber optics wifi.

Estudio Paraiso #

The apartment is located in the north of Sayulita, about 150 meters from the beach. (Excellent area). The apartment is in optimal conditions of use, hot water, outdoor kitchen, wi-fi and AC. It is a local neighborhood, to get to Studio Paraiso # you must go up stairs (20) since it is the last apartment in the complex, very safe and quiet at the same time.
