Apartment vacation rentals in Playa San Juan

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

Apartment was big and had everything we needed. From abundance of towels and kitchen equipment to amazingly comfortable beds. Super clean and Martyna was available to answer our questions and quickly fixed a small issue we had with the shower. The balcony was big and the tv and other appliances were fantastic.

Lovely stay and had everything that you needed! There is free parking everywhere and the parking spaces not far from the apartment so it was easy 👍🏽 we always managed to find spaces.

Wir waren für unsere Flitterwochen in Manuels Unterkunft. Besonders den Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer haben wir sehr genossen und oft den Wellen gelauscht, was dank der ruhigen Umgebung möglich war. Ausgestattet war das Apartment mit allen wichtigen Sachen. Manuel war auch jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen gegeben, von denen wir viele ausprobiert haben und nicht enttäuscht wurden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Apartment befindet sich in einer kleinen Ortschaft, wo es nicht sehr viele fussläufige Möglichkeiten gibt, Dinge zu unternehmen oder Restaurants zu besuchen. Dafür hatten wir aber ein Mietwagen und konnten auch die gesamte Insel erkunden. Manuels Unterkunft war dann perfekt, um uns auszuruhen und auf dem Balkon zu entspannen. Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Appartamento come da foto, pulito e molto moderno, un piccolo consiglio, aggiungerei qualche pentola, ma solo una piccola precisazione, perché c’era anche la macchina per il caffè!!! Appartamento vicino alla spiaggia di Playa San Juan e Daniel molto disponibile e gentile. Se dovessi tornare a Tenerife lo ricontatterei

The best apartment we’ve rented ever. Excellent destination, see view from the terrace is amazing and breathtaking. Very quiet. You can enjoy your staying 100%. A full equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed ,very beautiful little garden. You can really feel yourself like at home in this apartment. We really enjoyed our stay in Alcalá. The apartment is located in a peaceful area, away from the main tourist crowds, which was a big plus for us. There's a playground nearby and a lovely promenade with small beaches of black sand – perfect for walks and swimming. The apartment itself is bright and cozy, with a nice balcony where we spent a lot of time relaxing. It felt welcoming and was well equipped. There were some minor signs of wear, like a squeaky little table, but nothing that affected our stay in any meaningful way. We'd be happy to come back!

We had a lovely holiday in the apartment. The location is fantastic, quiet but very close to the beach and bars and restaurants. A sea view from the balcony was a treat. Thank you

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

It was a very good airbnb, equally the housing than the location just in front of the ocean. Very nice and clean appartment

The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. Andrea et Maarten ont été d'une extrême gentille. Ils m'ont aidé suite à l'annulation de mon vol. Le logement était très bien, au-delà de mes attentes. Très cosy, avec une vue magnifique. Merci infiniment.

Beautiful apartment in a good location. Amazing views from the terrace and nice and bright inside. George was very helpful, giving good recommendations and promptly fixing an issue with wifi. Lovely place to relax in.

Great location a few minutes to sea and local restaurants for fabulous fish, great value tapas. Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, large terrace with comfy seating. Owner quick to respond to queries. Really recommend

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Abseits vom Trubel der Touristenzentren, aber dennoch nur etwa 15 Minuten vom charmanten Städtchen Puerto de la Cruz entfernt. Ein Mietauto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig. Die Nähe zum Meer und die Aussicht ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die Kommunikation mit Ralf war stets schnell und zuverlässig. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Très bel appartement dans une résidence luxeuse et très bien entretenue et calme.Environnement très agréable. Ma seule déception concerne le jacuzzi que je n'ai pas utilisé à cause de la qualité de l'eau

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was beautifully prepared, Mrs. Ivett is a very warm and cheerful person, she showed everything and was always available in case of problems. The apartment has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. The estate is guarded and has large swimming pools and gyms. From Palm-mar it is close to local more lively towns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment ❤️

The place felt like a piece of paradise! It was very clean, well stocked up with everything you might need, and i can’t give enough praise for the views! Even though its an apartments in a shared house, we actually felt very comfortable and didn’t feel a lack of privacy. Eleazar was super responsive and gave so many recommendations which was great especially because the place is in a more residential area. For sure however you’ll need a car because there is no transport and it’s located right outside of Santa Cruz so if you’re looking for a vacation, not tourism, it’s a great place. 11/10 would recommend ⭐

El alojamiento de Benedict es un excelente lugar para hospedarse. Una casa antigua restaurada que está en un lugar céntrico de la Laguna. Puedes llegar caminando facilmente a los principales lugares de restauración y ocio de la ciudad. Benedict dió información clara del alojamiento y recomendaciones de lugares de restauración y se mostró disponible por si lo necesitába.

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

Genial alojamiento con excelente zona compartida con Jacuzzi y barbacoa. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos para que no nos faltara de nada.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!

We had a lovely stay. The host was kind enough to let us drop our luggage off as soon as we arrived which was much earlier than check in and then we were able to check in soon after. The view was lovely and the sound of the waves so lovely that I chose to sleep on the sofa bed all holiday with the patio door open. Really great comms from host throughout and some lovely touches (wine and biscuits on arrival and all essentials provided, tea, coffee, sugar, and toilet rool and cleaning supplies). There were also some great supplies for a beach day which came in handy and plenty of fresh towels for both within the apartment and by the pool. Only suggestion would be to be clear about the sunbed situation in the listing or pre stay communication. I think there were 2 available for the apartment but took us a day or so to find and all beds are privately owned. Also no air con. Did not affect us at all staying in April, but may have needed in peak summer. Just little points and a great stay.
