I highly recommend Jessica's place; it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation like snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, towels and even a beach umbrella. My family and I had a great time, the beach was just steps away and a beach club was only a short 5-minute walk. Jessica provided a "pack and play" for my baby and that was a life saver. Jessica's place was very clean, it had fresh linens, a cold-water dispenser, washer and dryer and even a grill. Jessica's place is very peaceful, we really enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back. Jessica was very responsive to my text, she helped me find food delivery service, taxi and more.

An oversized veranda features a pair of comfortable lounge chairs positioned for ocean views. A small side table stands nearby. Arched openings frame the scene, while greenery adds a touch of nature to the space, creating a serene atmosphere that highlights the coastal surroundings.

I'll just leave a short review to say that we were very happy with our stay, the view and balcony are fabulous, and the condo is clean and well furnished. We have stayed at the Landmark several times and Stacy's place is our favorite so far. Highly recommend.

Villa Del Perro Perdido (Villa of the Lost Dog)

This was our 2nd time staying at Villa Del Perro Perdido and it did not disappoint! This is a fantastic house in a great location, if you like to be out of the main touristy area, which we do. It's still close enough to easily drive to beach clubs and restaurants, but feels like you are alone in the middle of the jungle. The saltwater pool and outdoor area are wonderful. We especially loved it at night when we turned on the jungle lights and enjoyed swimming under the stars. The house is stocked with everything you might need. Love having the ability to do laundry! Love the AC in the bedrooms for when it's super hot, but our preference was to sleep with the AC off and the windows open - with the ceiling fans and the breeze, it was very comfortable for sleeping.

This place is fantastic. We stayed with friends and their 8 year old daughter - everyone loved the space - indoors and out. It has everything you might need - well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice showers. The pool is perfect. The yard is surrounded by fruit trees with lots of birds and wildlife! Patrick and Rich were kind and responsive. El Cedral is a special little town - away from it all - a car is needed but allows you freedom to explore. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing! Heather had everything set up for us so we could focus on enjoying paradise. My first time on the island but it won’t be my last and hopefully I am able to stay at Heather’s place again! I highly recommend this hidden gem!

A vibrant pool area is surrounded by lush palm trees and thatched-roof huts. The clear blue water of the pool reflects the sky, with guests enjoying the space. A wooden walkway leads towards the bar area, creating a relaxed tropical atmosphere.

We have come to Cozumel many times before but always stayed at a resort. This was an absolute game changer for us, we loved loved loved the house! Tam was great, very responsive. Mario the manager was fabulous. He was attentive and so kind. We will definitely be back and stay here again!!!
