Ample parking, private security, excellent maintenance of the green areas, common areas and the apartment is all very new. Excellent attention from Michelle.

This is a great location for a family vacation in Guanacaste. Playa Prieta is at walking distance (less than 5 min). The apartment has beach stuff that was very helpful (sun umbrella, beach chairs, boards). There are amazing beaches in 20-30 min driving, so location is great. The apartment has a great internet connection for videoconferences and the apartment has a working desk and monitor. The apartment complex has a great pool that is clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the fridge and the management company replied very fast and got it fixed in the same day. The only downside I would mention is that the mattress in the main bedroom is a bit old and would benefit from a replacement. Overall, a great place to stay. 100% pura vida life style. We would recommend it and would love to come back if we visit the area again.

David met us at the gate and showed us our place which was very clean and nice. The pool was awesome and the overlook to the sunset was beautiful. David even helped us get a jump start with our car that had a dead battery. Will stay again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic through and through. The location cannot be beat as its steps from the most beautiful beach. The back patio was shockingly private and offered a retreat from beach goers. The house its self was stocked with everything you need. It was definitely rustic which we loved but be aware that it has a bit of “glamping” vibe. Daniela was a fabulous host and made every accommodation for us to have the perfect trip and was responsive to all our questions.
