My stay with Ricardo was a positive one. Good communication and directions before and during the stay. He was generously flexible with an early check in and the building has 24 security to make the check in process very easy. The depto and the building are very well kept and clean with modern, newer fixtures. The building is very well secured at all hours. The zone has more of the flavor of real LatAm and not a tourist area. Everything you need is within walking distance, including access to the beach and I found it to be safe enough even while walking around at night.

Even though I stayed only 1 night, I had a really great time. the views and the privacy where the best. The host was also friendly, that made me feel more comfortable. Hopefully I will be back soon.

My family was satisfied with the stay, a very clean, cozy and comfortable place, in addition to the very good security of the building, in addition to the very good quality service, 100% recommended!

Cozy. Gabriela responds quickly. It has everything you need. You have to bring personal items such as soap, shampoo, etc. But it has towels for the body and hands, toilet paper. Recommended.
