Condo vacation rentals in Playa Mantas

Mr Marcel’s Airbnb was fantastic, it was completely spotless when i arrived, all of the marble gave it a very luxurious feel to the space, it was just as the pictures portrayed it. The showers are very spacious, the beds were amazing and elevated, being a taller person I enjoyed not having to bend down and get in and out. Large TVs in the bedrooms with Amazon fire sticks connected to them for entertainment. The location is also just right, it’s not too close to hear all the noise and excitement on the Jaco strip but it’s also not far away from the action. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Overall it was lovely experience and I would gladly stay there again the next time I am in Jaco.

The place is superb! I loved how easy access was, the house was spotless, and we loved the different spaces. I went as a family and liked that they had some things to play, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and my questions were always answered. Excellent host, super recommended!

Erick’s place was as advertised. Close to the beach, and a short walk from the main strip. Was quiet at night with good curtains and excellent AC so sleeping was extremely comfortable. Erick was very responsive with any questions I had. The building has very good 24/7 security so I always felt safe. Would stay again.

We had a great time last week. This condo was fabulous. The views, location and privacy was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and Roberto was prompt in getting back with us for any of our questions/requests. I highly recommend this spot. My husband and I come to Los Sueños a couple times a year first time staying at this particular condo, but I would come back. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and go to bed with it every night. Pictures do justice and in a place where it’s a local feel, we were right at home and felt very safe at this place. It’s walkable to everything and everyone was so kind. Jean was incredibly responsive no matter what! The gym and amenities were a plus as well! Book here when wanting the best of jaco!

The apartment is excellent, clean and comfortable. I loved the location and that near the pool you have access to the sea and that you don't have to take the car to be able to go to the pool and the sea, I thought it was excellent. Orlando is super efficient and kind. We will definitely be back and I recommend it!

this place is perfect for family or groups. the area is surrounded by beautiful landscapes close to everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend

The place is exactly as described, well stocked. Everything works. Overall very comfortable.

A condominium equipped to make a stay with all the amenities, very close to all the commerce of Jacó and its beach, however with the tranquility we need families. The TVs do not have cable so you need platforms, very used currently. The elevators work very well but they had a protector that increased the heat in it should be removed or look for ventilation mechanisms inside.

Danilo’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a bunch. It had a great vibe. Very clean, A/C worked great, kitchen has everything you need, beds were good, it felt private even with the pool just outside the gate. WiFi was excellent. There were kids playing in the pool, but that was at reasonable times and not disruptive at all. Danilo is a great communicator. We had no issues and we would rent Danilo’s condo again and again. And for those of us who don’t do stairs well any more, there weren’t any, single floor. This place was awesome!

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Had a great stay! It was so relaxing to wake up with the views off the back patio :) this spot was in the perfect location for us, walking distance to the beach and some restaurants, drivable to some other pretty awesome beaches and exploring. Highly recommend!

Very nice condo! decoration of the apartment was very appealing. Everything was super comfortable specially if you’re traveling with kids,…we would have liked to stay longer! Thank you very much especially for answering all of our questions within minutes!

These hosts went ABOVE and BEYOND! We accidentally left our passports in the hotel safe in San Jose. When Melissa found out, she offered to coordinate with her relative to pick it up and bring it to Jacó. It was such a lifesaver. She even dropped them off at the restaurant where we were eating at the time. The accommodations were clean and beautiful. The balcony with an ocean view and the sounds of waves crashing was incredible. The pool was fabulous. A woman named Raquel came out to the pool to bring food and drinks that you could order from her café, just around the corner. It was absolutely amazing. The best vacation with my bestie!

Melissa’s place has a beautiful view and we love hanging out in Los suenos. Also she is very responsive as we had to troubleshoot Internet due to a provider issue. She stayed with it and brokered communication until they fixed their issue. Much appreciated!

Excellent accommodation, I loved its proximity to the beach. Quiet place. And with shops nearby. I definitely recommend it. The host was very kind.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

We had a great time at the apartment, which was exactly as described. The building is brand new and the unit has good wi-fi, cold (and necessary) A/C and fans, new appliances, comfortable beds, and decent soundproofing. The unit directly faces the ocean so most of the Jaco nightlife noise is avoided other than from the beach below. The building appears to be almost exclusively vacation rentals, so has a feel more like a hotel than an Airbnb - not a bad thing, just an observation. It's a quick short block walk to the main Jaco street with restaurants and shopping. The beach view is incredible from the unit and also the rooftop, though you almost don't need to go up there since you're on the 11th floor anyway (elevators were busy but reliable). Overall we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the hosts' responsiveness especially when the building unexpectedly lost water for several hours (not a common occurrence). Pool was also awesome and never to busy even on a holiday.

Great condo overlooking Playa Blanca with amazing ocean views and large balcony to enjoy it. Family enjoyed the pool and waterslide as well as the ability to explore the area on a golf cart we rented. Bit of a drive in and out of Punta Leona to get to restaurant’s and other activities but worth access to a great beach and view.
