Would absolutely recommend this place. Great location in Malpaís, not far from the center of Santa Teresa, very quiet and relaxed. Great terrace in the shade, the apartment is equipped with everything you could bring. Santi was always very helpful. Pros for proximity to Playa Sueco

Oh wow, what an absolutely incredible place. The view, the pool, the location, the host, everything was perfect. I stay in many Airbnbs and this one ranks at the top of my list. Waking up every morning to the sounds of nature and coastal view and taking a dip in the pool was perfect. I will stay here again one day.

We had the best experience at the Sea Monkey House! It’s in an amazing location off the beaten path which made for excellent privacy and tranquility, but was still walkable to a lovely beach and a short drive into the upbeat town. It was like coming back to our own sanctuary each day. We especially loved all of the tropical plants and and birds and listening to the howler monkeys every morning. It felt so remote while still being safe. The house is laid out nicely and encourages a lot of quality time with the group, while offering lots of seating and places to hang out and relax. Priscila was the best host I’ve ever had- she was so communicative, friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our experience special and memorable. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here. It was nothing short of magical!
