Phil is a super host, always responsive via text or phone. The villa is situated in a gate development with 24hr security. The villa has an electronic key pad entry system (key less entry). The villa is beautifully furnished with designer furniture. It has 3 bedrooms each having en-suite bathrooms with showers, 60inch smart T.V and locks on all doors. The ground floor has an open plan lounge, dinning area, kitchen, toilet and washing machine in cupboard. All areas have air conditioning. All windows are double glazed with outside mesh to stop bugs entering when open. The garden has seating that is shaded from the sun and a hot tube (not heated, but perfectly fine when in). The villa is 5mins - 20mins to all the hot spots you need to go to, which was great.

Ruffina est une hôte bienveillante et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, nous aider, nous conseiller. La femme de ménage que nous avons rencontré est egalement d'une grande gentillesse. Nous vous conseillons de réserver un véhicule. Ruffina peut vous aider à en louer à des prix intéressants. Il y a une magnifique plage à 10 min en voiture. Pour les excursions nous avons été à la plage de bibijagua. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Este alojamiento es muy cómodo, seguro y tiene una muy buena distribución del espacio, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. Gaby nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y agilidad. Recomiendo este alojamiento.

Everything was good. It was nice and peaceful the host was very nice. Amazing time overall would definitely come back !!!!!!

What an amazing time we had. The pictures are beautiful but really do not do it justice. Just wait until you see it in person! The only thing we weren’t sure about and didn’t realize until we were there was that you cannot drive directly to the apartment. You go to the lobby and the staff will direct you to park in the parking structure near the lobby and they pick you and your luggage up in their golf cart and take you to the apartment which was really nice. Staff were also very helpful. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around. It didn’t take us long to realize that’s how most people get around and it would be most convenient. I reached out to Arianna and she set it all up for us so quickly. And, it was also a lot of fun. We were even able to take it to stores and restaurants. Arianna is such a great host. Would absolutely rent from her again

El airbnb super, una experiencia increíble, todo 10/10 al final el único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que el anfitrión a la hora del check in no apareció y tuvimos que esperar(cosas de humanos), pero nos recompensó permitiéndonos hacer el checkout más tarde so 10/10 ✅ super recomendado 👊🏼

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. El espacio es precioso, decorado con muy buen gusto y con una vibra acogedora que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Ideal para relajarte y experimentar un momento de paz. La ubicación es excelente: súper céntrica y cerca de todo. La cocina está muy bien equipada, perfecta si te gusta cocinar o simplemente preparar algo rápido sin complicaciones. Definitivamente fue una experiencia excelente — repetiríamos sin pensarlo. 🙌

This place was exactly as described and had an amazing environment. The area was perfect for a relaxing getaway and many fun activities to do in the downtown area. Would definitely recommend and choose this place to stay over anywhere else if visiting the Dominican.

This place was exactly what the pictures were. What stands out the most is the location of the villa. Right in the heart of downtown Punta Cana, you can walk to places to eat and explore. It’s a very safe area also. The villa is located within a private ground with security guards at the entrance and inside aswell making it feel very safe. Yesenia was also very responsive to your every need and would usually respond within minutes. Small detail and bonus: included complimentary water and beer aswell. 10/10

Great place to stay in Punta Cana, it is just 15-minute drive to the Playa Bávaro.

Great stay for our family, the property is well located for the beach and surrounding restaurants etc. The services were all as described, from the maid, villa manager, chef etc. The team you are assigned were all very quick to respond to messages and communicated well. The only issues we encountered during our stay - were unfortunately limited hot water and noisy air con in a couple of the bedrooms, both of which the property manager tried hard to resolve including offering to re-house, which we declined due to short stay period. It's definitely worth getting in touch with the villa manager as soon as possible, they have much more information on local options than the villa coordinator you are assigned as part of the booking process. For example we requested to book a golf cart with the villa coordinator - but were told we did not need one. When we arrived we soon realized it would be a good thing to have to get to the club house - but it was not available to us.

Excelente villa, todo como se describe, la seguridad en el proyecto, el internet súper bueno, todo esta cerca,las habitaciones y todas las áreas muy limpias y en orden, todas las televisiones con todos los canales abiertos tanto nacionales como internacionales, definitivamente nos sentimos como en casa.. ademas de mari, es una excelente anfitriona, siempre atenta y responsable…. recomendado todo al 100, volveremos pronto.
