It is located on the first floor below my bungalow. **Please note, I live directly above this studio apartment with my wife & 3-yr-old baby. This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

It was by far our most relaxing, peaceful holiday. I cannot say enough about this spectacular condo. The view from the balcony was simply stunning, where morning coffees often led into leisurely lunches, as we could not pull ourselves away from the amazing, peaceful scenery. This view could be seen from the kitchen, living room and the master bedroom, it was simply intoxicating. The condo itself was so spacious, spotless, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, 2 full bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms with 2 king size beds, laundry facilities in the unit. Ilyas and his team (maintenance and security) were so attentive to our needs, we lacked nothing as they were always available for whatever inquiry we had, the security was by far the best, we felt safe and welcome at all times. The grounds were impeccable as was the pool, which was cleaned early every morning. I cannot say enough about this spectacular condo. We are now looking at our holidays for next year at this oasis.

Casa Move was everything we hoped for. Our family arrived and had an easy check in with a quick home tour provided by Wil. The home is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and to a little corner bodega/cafe. The home was well appointed with all we needed for a comfortable stay. The fellas made friends with the owner of Carton Surf Shop next door and spent their days surfing. We walked the trail nearby and saw monkeys, an anteater and tons of birds. We ended our hike with a stop at the Puddlefish Brewery across the street. It is about a 5-8 minute drive to town and we visited a few times. All in all a wonderful , safe location and a lovely home. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic stay, host was responsive and very helpful during our check in process with security. The house was so clean, probably the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Additionally the house was filled with things I wouldn’t have thought I needed till I saw it. Genuinely amazing stay, I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s considering booking. House had in unit laundry and host provided detergent. All machinery worked in the house and the outdoor ceiling fans were game changer. I loved staying here and wish I couldn’t stayed longer. Kitchen was completely stocked with seasonings and cooking supplies, dishwasher, etc., everything was fantastic I cannot recommend this place and host enough.

Beautiful large house right on the beach just waiting to be filled with people. You can walk right out of the gate next to the pool and be in the ocean in one minute or less. It’s a large house with three bedrooms, including two complete suites with full bathrooms. It’s enclosed in a tall secure fenced area, but the beach area has more of a gated fence. The balcony and pool area are perfect for outdoor Costa Rican living. There is coveted beach parking right inside the gate. This is very much a non-touristy area but has ample restaurants and markets. Professional hosts. It’s so nice that I took a 15-minute background video from the balcony to replay at home so that I can relive the moment. Location, location, location plus A/C, hot water, Wi-Fi, and the sound of the ocean. No negatives associated with this property. What more could you want.

Amazing Private Beach Front Villa with Hot tub

The four of us really enjoyed our stay at Chadwick's place. It had great views of the nearby ocean and sunsets from the expansive upstairs balcony which was a great place to have a drink or eat a meal. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. It was very much appreciated that there was air conditioning (although we used just the ceiling fan when sleeping since it was quieter), and a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals there. The location was well-situated between Manuel Antonio and Carara National Parks, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants on the beach. There were several dozen species of birds in the nearby trees as an added treat. The beach was very close. My only complaint was that there was a surfing contest going on right in front of the rental, which was interesting, but they started early at 6:15 a.m. on the weekend, with very loud speakers. I doubt if this happens very often though. I would highly recommend this rental. Bill

This place was a little piece of heaven. The location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the TACOS - impeccable. Best side of Jaco Beach and Gracias Madre is right on it, just walk out the gate and there you are. Yet because the apartments are recessed a bit, the rooms felt private and secluded. The little pool is lovely, as are the design-forward references to dia de los muertos that permeate the decor. The apartment is one I'd live in (and I really wish I could have stayed longer), had absolutely everything you'd need and want, including complementary little items like chocolate covered dried banana in the cupboard, sunscreen and beach mats by the door, usb chargers and Bluetooth speakers on the bedside tables. The appliances are all top notch as are the cookware and glassware. The A/C from the mini split was reliably refreshing and the bed was perfect. But maybe the best part was the TACOS served at the attached restaurant - ate three different kinds and loved them all.

This beach isnt really a family beach. but it close enough we're you can a day trip Manua Antonio or even Jaco. The sunset where amazing. They do have a pool in the community.
