Un gros coup de cœur pour cette demeure! Léonie nous a accueilli et fait visiter les lieux. La maison en tant que tel est Magnifique!!! Les détails, les matériaux, wow! Le kart de golf a disposition est un coup de cœur! A deux minutes d’une plage pour un beau sunset et même chose pour aller en ville. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Casa Chiquita. Mention spéciale à Léonie qui nous a donné des recommandations d’épicerie/ café et qu’elle belle personne! Merci encore, c’était super!

Beautiful stay up in the hills - it really felt like your very own private oasis. We saw howler monkey, coatis, and various birds and insects. The pebbled driveway is a bit tough to get up, so make sure you have a 4x4 vehicle. Maria (pm) was there upon arrival and presented us with a gift basket and thorough instructions. She was responsive throughout the stay - constantly providing recommendations and solutions to any issues that arose. The issues that did arise were related to an electrical issue that impacted the swimming pool and lights area, but Maria was quick to offer an apology and send someone out for repair. It was by no fault of the owners or pm - this can happen in Costa Rica (pura vida). The house was beautifully decorated and well-aerated. Overall, loved our stay and will definitely stay with them in the future! Thank you for hosting us. 🙂

We had an amazing stay at Stefano's house near the beach in Junquillal, Costa Rica! The location is incredible—just a 2-minute walk to a stunning and peaceful beach where we practically had the place to ourselves. If you're looking for tranquility and natural beauty, this is the spot. The house itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is very well-furnished and had everything we needed to cook meals for our group, which we really appreciated. The open living space was perfect for spending time together, and the large roof terrace, surrounded by trees, was a favorite spot for relaxing and enjoying the view. The beds were super comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool in the tropical heat. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is a bit isolated. While we managed without a car, we would recommend renting one to make getting around easier. The house is a bit far from national parks and other activities, so it's best suite

Our stay at Villa Lola was amazing. We had 3 families stay there and we all felt so comfortable and relaxed. They made everything so easy for us. You can walk everywhere from there and if you can’t, David will help with any transportation, and/or activity you would like to do.

Are you familiar with the concept of barefoot luxury? Well, this place has it all. To disconnect and recharge, this is the perfect spot. There’s only one TV in the hallway on the second floor, but you’ll probably never turn it on because all you really need is the view of the ocean and the mountains, surrounded by all the nature you could imagine. The service and communication have been extraordinary, and we’re truly grateful to have spent a few days here. We’ve had the opportunity to stay in many different places around the world, but this has been one of our absolute favorites. Don’t think twice if this place is available. Pura Vida!

Louis's Samara home has set the bar against which all other AirBNB's are judged. I've stayed at AirBNBs around the world and this was our favorite. The home was immaculate, well furnished, and had a lot of little touches that elevated the experience. My kids (7, 4, and 2) loved the pool (perfect size and temperature for them), the constant visits from hummingbirds, and the sounds of howler monkeys. My wife and I loved the number and quality of plates, silverware, cooking utensils, outdoor area, and bedding in the house. Louis was extremely responsive and checked in to ensure our stay went well. The proximity to Samara and Playa Carrillo was perfect for our family.

If you are reading this review, our first recommendation is to book this now!! We spent four nights in Giselle's place and woke up every morning feeling that we were in paradise. There is a lot to do in the surroundings with beautiful beaches and cozy towns, but really there is no need to leave the house at all, with its open kitchen, out-door shower, star-gazing terrace and fire-pit lounge. There is a flatscreen TV in the bedroom, but we obviously never turned it on, and instead enjoyed the real-life cinema from the lounge sofa, observing how the sun turned into amazing sunsets and moon-lit nights. There was a pile of wonderfully smelling clean towels waiting for us to take to the beach and have a real wellness experience. The kitchen has everything a good home-cook can wish for. All in all this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. Thank you Giselle!

This house was our home for a couple of weeks, and it was exactly right. It's beautiful and spacious, surrounded by lush landscape, wonderful details. It was the perfect location for us, as we were a group of friends all doing different things that were all accessible - surfing, yoga, ceramics classes, etc. The house was also great for everyone to hang out in the together comfortably and go swimming in the beautiful pool and make meals together. There was a beautiful pixote that visited, and a family of howler monkeys that ate the little papaya tree in the yard. Heaven! This place is perfect, and in a perfect location. Would book again for our next Nosara trip for sure.

VCB was a beautiful place to spend a week. Very peaceful and in a great location. We loved the pool area and all the vegetations surrounding the pool. We stayed at #1 (2bdrm unit) and it was very secluded and private from other units. Beds were very comfortable and the AC units all worked well. We walked to restaurants and to beach everyday and most places are within 10 min walk or so but the place is not located in the main business area so the neighborhood stays quiet most of the time. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Great stay at Anna’s place. Two identical 3 bedroom 3 bath apartments. In a part of town we had never stayed in before but really liked it - short walk to beach and to town. We rented a golf cart and ATV as well. She provides plenty of beach gear as well! And powerful blenders for margaritas and daiquiris! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property and beautiful view. Looks just like the photos. Stayed with our 5 kids - plenty of rooms/beds and bathrooms made it very comfortable. Ronald, the property manager was sooo helpful - booked us a chef, fishing and was always in contact with us. Road into punta islita was a bit rough for the van that we rented - 4x4 would have been better. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location on beautiful beach, the house is perfect for large groups/families and all comfort is present. Very friendly and helpful host and is ready for every question. The release of the turtles is definitely a must to do.

We absolutely loved our stay in Nosara. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect - just a few minutes walk away from great food and Playa Palada and only a short drive (or slightly longer walk) from Playa Guiones. The pool at the house was super refreshing after a long day at the beach. Kattia was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We couldn't have had a better stay or experience, thank you!

Beautiful home! Stayed with another family and it was great that all 4 bedrooms were the same and offered an amazing en suite bath with outdoor shower in each room. Impressive architecture, great indoor / outdoor living all while still feeling cozy and connected to others in the home. Communication was great as well!

Beautiful & amazing for a surf trip

Sibylle’s place is paradise for one to commune with the outstanding natural beauty of the country; where you feel like a guest of the surrounding flora and fauna, and feel an intimate connection with the very private beach. It is the only one of four properties where we stayed that had illustrated lists of Costa Rican Mammals, Reptiles, etc. in the cabana. You may find yourself walking on the beach twice or more each day. It is that easy. You can hear the waves day and night. There is no AC, but the proximity to the wind coming off the ocean and the three ceiling fans more than made up for lack of AC! The owner, Sibylle, with her late husband, began creating this ideal oasis decades ago, and she continues to provide loving care of this very special property. Her quiet presence only adds to the richness of your stay. This is a place for those who seek renewal, as well as for those who find great joy in intimately experiencing nature in its many beautiful forms. We can't wait to return!

This place is beautiful! It was super clean and the amenities are great. Sandy is a great host and even shared restaurant recommendations. Make sure to go in an SUV or 4x4 car since the streets to get there have a lot of potholes.

Wonderful house, location and host! So many great restaurants within just a few minutes of the house. Absolutely stunning views. The pictures don't do it justice. Our only concern was the construction next door, but Mary was very up-front about that. Overall, our favorite Airbnb that we've stayed at! Would absolutely go back.

Amazing place in every aspect. You are in nature, have privacy and a very well equipped and clean apartment/house. Location is also great... 5min from beach (you need some kind of vehicle to get around though). Cleaning every 2-3 days with fresh towels etc. Yet, the best thing about the place is the host Juan!!! He’s incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond—offering airport pickup, drop-off, and even taking us on a first grocery run. His hospitality made our stay truly special. Highly recommend!

Casa Jobo is the perfect place in Nosara - far enough away from the crowds but close enough when you want to partake in Guiones activities. Additionally, the property is amazing as it was the perfect size for us and for friends when they visited. The pool and the outside property is beautiful and David and the rest of the team are exceptional - always there for you when you need. Can't wait to be back!

We had a great stay at Casa Shiva! It’s tucked back off of the main roads but with their directions our drivers had no problem finding it. Very welcoming place, felt secure and well kept. Air conditioning worked great, the pool was perfect and felt very private, was cleaned and maintained 3x in the 8 days we were there. Plenty of linens, towels, kitchen stuff, games, tv which we used to stream music. A short walk to Playa Pelada, so peaceful and amazing sunsets. Any questions or recommendations, Jordy the house manager was quick to respond and super helpful :) I would recommend some form of transportation for shopping or excursions, the walk to the market can be hot if you are not accustomed to the weather. We had a golf cart which was fun and made it easy. On our final night we were treated to approx 15 howler monkeys traversing across the trees by the pool, up the roof of the casita to climb the next trees over. Fantastic family vacation spot

We loved staying Aaron’s home, it felt like an oasis with a beautiful garden and private pool. It was only a few minutes walk to Playa Guiones, with walkable distance to surf board rentals, cafes and delicious restaurants. The home was beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and lots of storage. We felt welcomed and well taken care of at every turn, muchas gracias Aaron!

Our family of 10 includes 3 generations who really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful 5 BR, 4 +2 bath home in Samara Woods called Casa Niri. The grandkids nicknamed this our “Castle” because the digs were so delightful & “awesome!” The Xfinity fresh water pool was simply amazing & the view from here & from most of the rooms at this home was incredible!! This offering has a great layout for a group of 10 to 12 & is a lovely tastefully decorated residence in a safe, private neighborhood. Mery and her crew did a great job cooking some incredible meals. They cleaned, helped with our needs, & made our stay extra special. The other features that impressed us were the very comfortable beds, 2 kitchens, a fantastic lanai, bathroom appointments, available laundry room, lots of games, & close to town & the beach. We enjoyed seeing the turtle hatch her eggs, horse back rides in the rain forest & on the beach, ziplines, surfing lessons, & more. We stayed 7 nights & it was just about perfect!!
