Vacation rentals with beach access in Playa Guiones

A nice oasis in quiet Pelada, with a cool dipping pool in the middle of the two cabanas to share. We were lucky that we knew the other couple in cabana 2 but they were private enough that I don’t think it would have mattered if we didn’t. Close to Sunrise coffee which is great breakfast. We bought coffee and fresh fruit from the market and made breakfast smoothies every day while there. Highly recommend renting a golf cart or ATV to get around as, while the beach and Pelada restaurants are walkable, you will want the broader range to get to Guiones or old town Nosara. Place was modern and clean.

Location and access to stores and restaurants and especially the beach. Great recommendations for food and places to park. We loved meeting the people of Samara and felt so welcomed everywhere we went.

Very nice and clean facilities. The beach is within walking distance, as are numerous restaurants. The facility manager is also very responsive and available to answer any questions.

I had a great time staying at Nathan's place. I loved the very short walk to the beach, the house was very comfortable, quiet, safe, and well stocked and I would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay at this rental, and it was just as good as my first time. It was the perfect size for me (I was solo but it would be great for a couple too), the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is beautiful, the balcony porch was great for getting a peek at the stars at night. It is very clean and uncluttered. I walked to the beach every day for a swim... it's incredibly convenient. There is a little Bodega right nearby, and a great breakfast/ coffee place across the street. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you!!

Wonderful stay in Sámara! Spent a lot of time poolside which was amazing, close to town. Amazing recommendations from the hosts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at the Beach House! Absolutely amazing location at the beachfront, empty beach, nice garden area and cute house. Note regarding insects: We did get visited by a lot of bugs in the house (especially ants) but when we sealed the front door were to able to limit the number.

The location is excellent, it’s right in Samara Center. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Only thing to note is it’s not exactly a house, it’s a hotel. It’s three separate rooms, the one in the center has the kitchen and living room. If your a big group with couples, it’s great. All in all the place is clean, in a great location, and very friendly staff.

The host were great. We were greated upon arrival for help with our luggage. Jorje helped us get events and travel arrangements set up. We were later treated by Dennis and looked forward to seeing him daily on his walks. The true GEM of the entire stay was Harold. He was so kind and willing to help with any and everything. We looked forward to seeing him daily and were sad to have to leave. The property was beautiful, the sunsets were amazing, and the company was a blessing.

The views and location to the beach are absolutely incredible. This place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the open air concept. This place made our trip to Costa Rica even better. Highly recommend if you want to get away from the crowds but still be close to everything you need!!

Each quite spacious, very quiet and clean, equipped with many things the pool with warm water, the spacious rooms. It has no rice pot, no microwave.

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Karen’s place was super clean and provided everything we needed to live comfortably like we do in our own home. Plenty of storage for our clothes and bags which helped the place feel uncluttered. The kitchen included many amenities we were grateful because we love to cook. Everyday we bought fresh amazing fruits and veggies and pastries in the local markets nearby. We were cool and comfortable during our stay and the layout was very nice and spacious. She provided plenty of linens and towels and the charming laundry room off the kitchen sure came in handy. It is centrally located in Samara and one night we watched the night life and a parade from above. What we found so special about Samara was how the people live healthy and have a glow about them. The fresh clean food the air the water is pristine and the people live in harmony with the wildlife.

Federica is full of grace and wisdom. Her daily yoga is extremely special, as are the reiki treatments. We could walk everywhere and enjoy the treats of Samara. They have a little oasis that is so special.

Very nice and unfortunately too short a stay. The place is very well located, quiet and close to the sea and at the same time a few minutes' walk from the center. Clearly communicated check-in and check-out formalities. All the necessary amenities were available including towels for the pool, which was really appreciated and used! I highly recommend this listing!

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

The condo was beautiful, and you can't beat the view. Any questions we had were quickly addressed. The pool was really nice as well. You can't really walk to town safely because there is no sidewalk and it's a busy main road. Adults should be able to during the day I guess, we never attempted it. You can walk to town via the beach, the walk to the beach is easy. We would definitely stay there again!

The location of Monte Laguna Condominiums is very convenient; a short walk to Samara Beach and 5 minute drive to Carillo Beach, both beautiful and uncrowded. The town of Samara is a 10 minute drive and has loads of great restaurants. The condo itself has all the amenities one needs and the pool is an added feature which I took advantage to swim laps and relax pool-side on a daily basis. This rental is highly recommended.
