Comfortable studio

This is a small studio inside a property with a house on the same land (my grandmother lives in this house). The parking is shared but it is large, it is comfortable, small but very safe, clean and in a very good location. It has a bathroom, a bed, a small kitchen where you can cook, also very equipped with everything you need for your comfort. The location is very good, close to the beach, viewpoint, pier, banks, Red Cross, restaurants and other things.

Berry1 has a large room with sofa bed, refrigeration, ceiling fans, full kitchen, 1 bathroom and the bedroom has 1 queen and 2 single beds with closet. The parking lot is in front of the house
