Spend your days relaxing on your private, gated, covered patio with stunning views of the Sonoran desert to the back..or head across the street to beautiful sandy beaches (less than 40 yards away) to dip in the sea, fish, kayak, paddleboard or lounge with a good book - and yes, we have kayaks, paddleboards, books, beach toys and more for your enjoyment. On site temazcal (sauna) too.

Comfortable studio

This is a small studio inside a property with a house on the same land (my grandmother lives in this house). The parking is shared but it is large, it is comfortable, small but very safe, clean and in a very good location. It has a bathroom, a bed, a small kitchen where you can cook, also very equipped with everything you need for your comfort. The location is very good, close to the beach, viewpoint, pier, banks, Red Cross, restaurants and other things.

Berry1 is one of 5 departments of CASA SOL Y MAR located in the exclusive Las Conchas subdivision. It is located on the ground floor and from its large patio has partial sea view. The clean and rock-free beach is 1 minute walking distance from the house. Berry1 has a large room with sofa bed, refrigeration, ceiling fans, full kitchen, 1 bathroom and the bedroom has 1 queen and 2 single beds with closet. The parking lot is in front of the house
