The truth is that the apartment is very nice and well equipped, the location, access to the beach, the pool and the shops nearby are a plus that the apartment has. I would definitely wash it again.

We rented this apartment so we could be with our daughter and her family for a vacation at the beach. The apartment was a great fit for the 7 of us and it was well equipped to meet our needs. It was a lovely place to be and the pool by the beach provided not only a beautiful place to swim, but the ability to see and hear the ocean. There was beach access also. Beto was extremely attentive and responsive to the needs that came up..an excellent host. We would definitely return.

It is a very good accommodation, totally recommended, only if you are going to go to the beach that is nearby, I recommend that you only go from afar, the waves are very rough. I recommend that you look for other beaches, the one that is near the club, not because the waves are very high and they are not easy to control, my mom and my grandmother lost their cell phone in it and they were not even near the sea, but as far as the accommodation is concerned, it was very good, it is a private one so I felt safe at all times and the guards are very friendly

Everything was perfect with Nina and Marcia, very good service and very kind, Marcia was always very attentive, which is very much appreciated, the apartment is very nice, it's small but with everything you need, air conditioning, kitchen, etc. The pool was super good since it was heated, it's conveniently located past the hotels so it's very quiet where you are, the view is very nice, especially from the pool. In general, everything was very good, the cost is too good compared to what is offered, we will definitely be back!!! :)

Excellent communication and both Carlos and Victor are always helpful. They were always in touch to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Carlos was always attentive, especially because unfortunately the weather did not favor us much during our visit, however everything we needed was resolved. The house had an excellent view and a very nice pool. Everything is very tidy and with all the amenities and requirements necessary to be able to eat and have a great time. The house is definitely highly recommended.

Apartment with comfortable bedrooms, very fresh bedding, fully functional central air conditioning, incredible views, blackout in bedrooms, good speed internet, nearby pools, to go to the beach you ask for transport in the lobby, they take you in golf carts and transfers are quite agile, the pools and restaurant and bar services are quite good with contained prices, very safe and tidy, totally recommended.

The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable, it has the essentials for a comfortable stay. The beach is very close and it is a very quiet area to be with your family. Excellent hosts, always attentive, helpful and very friendly.

Porfirio was a helpful person at all times, always attentive and with an excellent attitude. The service, both on his part and in general, was very good. The facilities and apartment are in perfect condition: everything is very clean, tidy and amazing. However, I would like to point out an uncomfortable situation that I experienced on Thursday the 12th in the main food palapa. A waiter — tall, with curly hair and a robust complexion (in fact, the only one with those characteristics) — had a rude attitude. I asked for help to put up a parasol, explaining that I was with my dad in a wheelchair, and his response was negative and very unempathetic. He even whipped the umbrella tube, justifying that it could not be used due to the weather conditions, although there were clearly other tables with umbrellas in use. I think it's important for staff to be trained to treat people with respect and sensitivity, especially when there's someone with a disability. Thank you for everything.

Klaus is an excellent host! He🫶🏻 solves anything you ask and helps you with anything you need! It was my first time in an Airbnb so I had several questions, which he answered. There was a remote missing for one of the TVs and we didn't even notice. He took the initiative and bought a new one. The next day it arrived, despite not needing it. I was surprised by the service, kindness and in general the whole place It has all the basics, hot water 24/7 The view is spectacular and everything is close by! There was even a Starbucks on the corner The beach club, the pool, the restaurant and everything. I loved it, super comfortable, friendly staff and everything quiet. It's definitely worth it They are under repair, but that does not affect or disturb the experience! Thank you very much for everything, I will definitely return 🫶🏻💖

The apartment is very nice and clean, it matches the photos but being there was even better. The location is very accessible, as is the staff in the condominium. Mr. Francisco very kindly sent us the weather forecast, which apparently was going to be kind of bad that weekend, and he offered to change the date. In the end, we took the risk of going and everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back to the accommodation 😃

The accommodation is an excellent place to stay... It has all the amenities and allows you to not move from the place. Still, it's close to restaurants and the supermarket. Its beach club is across the avenue. The host's attention is excellent

Excellent accommodation, incredible views, everything was wonderful. I had a somewhat unpleasant experience, which is not the responsibility of the hosts. On the last day of my stay, my family and I went into the pool at 8:00 am, however one of the condominium employees began to take photos without telling us anything. 10 minutes later another employee approached us to tell us that the access hours were until 9 and that we had to leave. The fine for using the pool after hours is very high. I went to the reception to request clarification and they told me that it was not really restricted, but that it was because chemicals had been applied and it was at our own risk. Anyway, the long and expensive list of sanctions says that the rest period for chemicals is from 23:01 to 6:59 am. However, you can get in until 9. Take it into account. Outside there are few places to eat and have fun. Suntory 7/10, Wahoo 9/10, transfers to other parts of the bay $100 per taxi

We loved the stay and the accommodation, but our dogs loved it. We swim in the lagoon every day with them. We went to the beach, which is literally across the street.
