Monthly Rentals in Playa del Risco

We stayed in the apartment for a month and felt very comfortable. It was hard for us to say goodbye. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Supermarket, swimming pool or gym are within easy walking distance. Alfredo was very quick to respond to our questions and helped. He gave us good tips for sightseeing on the island.

We turned up late and the local bar fed us and welcomed us in. Jürgen's place is such a great home. Everything we needed was there and any questions quickly answered. It's paradise; the valley, the birds and the great surrounding walks. Would love to come again. Thank you Jürgen!

A wonderful little place to stay. Nothing but bird song to wake up to in the morning. The villa is rustic and super lovely. All the basic amenities and good WiFi if needed. The place was super clean, so much better than many airbnbs I’ve stayed. The nearest supermarket is only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of small villages to visit within 15-30 minutes. The local waterfall is very beautiful, and a very pleasant 20 minutes away walk away through the valley that makes you feel like you’re walking through Jurassic times. The local geology is breathtaking with so much evidence of ancient lava flows overlapping one another. The locals were friendly too. A very special little place. Thanks so much for having us.

Irene welcomed us personally and showed us everything. She only speaks Spanish but we were able to communicate perfectly using the mobile phone translator. She gave us tips for shopping and the carnival event that took place during our stay. Parking was possible in front of the house. The listing matches the description and the photos.
