El apartamento ocupa parte de la planta baja de nuestra casa de huéspedes, tiene entrada directa desde el patio y disfruta de dos enormes ventanas, lo que lo hace muy luminoso todo el año. Se trata de un mini loft con una mini cocina, una zona de estar y dormitorio todo en uno. Dispone armarios, TV, baño privado, WIFI y por supuesto si lo deseas, puedes utilizar el patio de nuestra casa. No se hace limpieza diaria.

Apartamento que ocupa la primera planta de un edificio del siglo XIX, rehabilitado por completo respetando la fachada romántica. Decoración actual muy cuidada. Tiene cabida para 4 personas, salón-comedor, cocina aboerta al salón y un baño. Las estancias son muy amplias y especialmente luminosas, al estar situado en esquina dispone de 4 ventanas y balcones en el salón donde entra mucha luz todo el año. La casa es una primera planta sin ascensor con una escalera cómoda de unos 20 escalones.

This is a very special house to spend the summer. It has a fantastic terrace for breakfast or dinner. It is very comfortable since it is close to the beach but in a quieter area of Valdelagrana. Wonderful apartment, next to the Turuños Natural Park, in the center of the Bay of Cádiz, consists of a bedroom with a 150 bed and a sofa bed, full bathroom and separate kitchen, in a luxury development, beach 100m away. We have increased our strict cleaning and disinfection measures. Pool open from June 20 to September 18. Pets are not allowed.

One bedroom single duplex apartment with seating for 4: one 1.50 bed in the bedroom and one couch in the 1.35 living room. It is a bright interior, A/C, Wi-Fi, duplex with spiral staircase.
