Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Playa de Santa Ana

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful studio apartment. Our host Nelson was extremely helpful both prior to and during our stay. The reception staff at Hercules are always helpful, but the member of reception staff who was on duty this week was extremely helpful and friendly. I’m sorry we did not get his name, but he should be recognised for his excellent work and attitude this week, when the whole of Spain and other areas were impacted by the power cuts. The apartment itself was very well laid out, containing quality items like the comfortable bed and the quantity dining table in the beautiful encounter terrace area. There were plenty of nice little extras, that you don’t always find in other apartments and we have stayed in many different apartments in this area. Nelson the host was very helpful, responsive and considerate to our every need. We loved the location of the apartment, lots of restaurants and bar around you in walking distance. We would definitely come back. Thanks.

We enjoyed the apartment and the attentions (wine, coffee, herbs etc) that were ready. The view was spectacular, the Aldi a few minutes walk, lovely swimming pools (the indoor pool was heated!) and everything was sparkling clean. An Uber taxi to the village (Pueblo) works well via the app and took us to nice restaurants. Or by Uber to the train station and from there we could go anywhere. Day trip to Marbella, Marina Benalmadena and the city of Malaga,m. This can just scan (in and out) with your bank card these days and get on the train. This location is really a recommendation if you like tranquility and occasionally look for the hustle and bustle. Thank you also for the good care and the quick response to questions via the app.

Great location right opposite the beach promenade , and buses to the Marina. €7 in a taxi to train station.Very pleasant and comfortable stay

Cherine waited for us past midnight so we could check-in as we had a very late flight. He was super friendly and even helped us with our suitcase. The flat is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and tidy. Aircon worked perfectly, fridge, washing machine, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, all good. Pans and pots spotless! Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Beds comfy, lots of TV channels with options for the kids. There’s a supermarket at ground floor, very handy for main necessities. Two of our pool bracelets did not work over our stay but we managed talking to the staff in the pool area, the big slides were not working as not yet summer season, but the kids had fun in the 2 smaller slides and pool very clean. There’s a very steep climb from the beach to the apartment but this is just the nature of Benalmadena, that’s very hilly! Beach is a stone’s throw from the apartment. Lovely Europa Cafe in Parque Paloma just outside the development and also a taxi rank. Deffo recommended!

Absolutely lovely apartment. Location was excellent, less than 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and bars. Good supermarket on site which was not too expensive. Host was really responsive to any questions. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and comfortable and exactly like the pictures. The building is clean and quiet, and the pool area lovely. The views from the two balconies were just stunning, and made for a perfect spot for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay! Everything was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was peaceful, and the space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions and useful tips that made our stay even smoother. Would definitely recommend and come back!

The apartment is really very nice, even better than in the pictures. The decoration is neat, the rooms are comfortable and the two terraces are a real plus. The view is clear which is very nice. I highly recommend this listing!

The apartment is 100% like the photos. It's spectacular. I loved it. The apartment is super-equipped. Everything is very good quality and I really loved it. I'll return without hesitation. Don't miss this place. A hidden gem. It has parking. It's 4 minutes from the beach and they have a shuttle service to the beach!!

I stayed here with 5 other friends, and it ticked all the boxes we needed. The location was close to the airport and other places you would go to. The only thing to note is the hill is super steep, and we actually got a taxi back up but that isnt an issue.

Lovely stay, very clean, modern and spacious, very comfortable beds. Quality thick towels too. Butterfly world, and Stupa Buddhism temple at the top of the street and Benalmadena Pueblo (old town) is beautiful and in walking distance (past butterfly world and football pitches) 2 Lovely pools. Aldi is at back of apartments. There are buses at top of street. Mijas Pueblo is easy to get to and beautiful, lots to see and do in area.

We loved our long weekend at your stunning penthouse. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The views were breathtaking and we made the most of the glorious weather by sitting on the terraces and enjoying the hot tub. We can’t wait to return 😃

The apartment was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, within less than ten minute walk to Benalmadena Pueblo (steep hill climb upon return which was no problem for us but possibly an issue for anyone with mobility issues). The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean, the kitchen was equipped with every possible utensil and gadget you could ever imagine. The balcony was spacious and with a sea view. Lots of lovely little touches including a very welcome bottle of wine upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise at all from surrounding apartments so sleep was peaceful and undisturbed. We went to the marina which was a ten minute taxi ride away and took the bus to Mijas Pueblo which was also lovely. We loved Benalmadena Pueblo and would not hesitate to recommend Anna's place.

Excellent accommodation for a couple wanting a peaceful, relaxing break. G is so friendly and communicative; he really helped make us feel at home even though we communicated remotely! The apartment is private, clean, quiet and in a great spot for walking the city. It has everything you need to feel comfortable. The stairs up to the sun terrace require decent mobility. The terrace itself is a great place to chill in private peace! We loved our stay and would return. Thank you G!

Tania was a very helpful host. Apartment was ideal for our family and next to beach, shops and restaurants. 10 mins walk to the beautiful marina. Would def recommend this apartment

Would definitely recommend staying in Virgo’s apartment if you have a big family. We had 10 adults and all had great space and all the amenities we could ask for. Virgo was very friendly and gave great recommendations for the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again.

I would like to thank Taryn for her great hospitality and support for every concern. She was always available and communication with her was always friendly and easy. The apartment was just great! It is located in a quiet and modern residential complex - with a private access road. We had a small pool in our garden and in addition there is a large communal pool about 200 meters from the property. The accommodation itself was impeccable, everything new and very modern. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool, garden with lawn. Price-performance ratio is awesome! I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I spent around 2 weeks at this beautiful place. The views are amazing and the property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Anita is amazing, a super host, very helpful and knows the area well. She answered all our questions and recommended restaurants and other businesses. Although Mijas Pueblo is a walking distance away, we found driving our rental car saved us time and energy. Everything seems to be just a few minutes away, even the coastline and the airport. We like peace and quiet, so coming back to this quiet setting at the end of the day after spending time in busy Málaga, Marbella or Fuengirola was a delight. Pool and terrace were a joy, clean and well maintained. The surroundings are in a beautiful mountain, so you will find yourself driving or walking uphill or downhill most of the time. There are a few steps from the entrance to the rental unit. I’m in my 60s and good health, had no issues. We can’t wait to be back!

We were in awe of how amazing the place is on arrival. So private and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need and for the price per night we couldn't believe how lucky we were to stay here. We had our own pool, our own fabulous bedroom balconies we felt right at home. Such a quick and easy check in with all the information we needed. We attended a wedding in la cala resort just up the hill and the location was perfect for us. It was a short taxi ride to la cala town and home. We would absolutely stay again and without hesitation reccomend this to anyone thinking about staying. Thank you Claudia and Lidia

We were very happy during our stay. The host was always reachable if we had a problem or missing something. The place was nice. Maybe too big for 2 people. The location was perfect, 30 minutes with a car to Malaga and Marbella. Would definitely come again ! :)
