Book this dreamy first line beach apartment. Walking straight out of the entrance you will have sand between your toes within 10 seconds. Add a few more and they will be wet. Recently rebuilt from the floor beams up, my guests approve. In the last two years on Airbnb I've received all but praise and five star reviews. 4,9 on average out of 140 reviews. I booked a beach holiday and I 100% got it! What a fantastic location, spacious apartment (for 2), and any questions are answered quickly by the host. The apartment is so complete, it even offers beach umbrellas. You can go to the beach and just quickly go ‘home’ for lunch, even though there are many affordable places around you can lunch at. The view on Eden Beach Club was entertaining. I was at the apartment just before high season, so their - pleasant - music wasn’t too loud. In high season I have been told it is louder, but they close at 9PM. I definitely recommend this super location. Just know that if you want a good supermarket (Mercadona), you can’t escape the stairs. But hey - don’t we all need a bit of workout throughout the day! 🤪

Carlos is an amazing host, from the moment we got to his apartment to the moment when we checked out. He was always responsive and replies to all our calls and messages. He greeted us with warmth, and was very kind to show us all the amenities even leaving behind some extras which saved us from going to the shop that evening. The apartment has plenty of on street parking and he even gave us access to his private garage. The location is superb, with the beach so close that you only need to cross one road. Great bus routes and plenty of restaurants and shops all within minutes of reach. Paloma park was so close and it had so much to do for the children, with the Marina located next to it. The apaprtment was immaculate and had all the amenities listed, all working and in excellent condition. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and the balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. It truly is a gem. Thanks for hosting us Carlos. We loved it.

We had a wonderful time in Laurent’s apartment. Laurent is a fantastic host. We stayed with our 3-month-old son, and Laurent even arranged a changing mat for us, which was really thoughtful. He personally greeted us upon check-in, explained everything, and was always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment offers an incredible view of the sea, and we enjoyed watching both the sunrise in the mornings and the sunset in the evenings. The apartment is located right on the promenade, making it perfect for leisurely walks. We were able to park our rental car in a parking garage just 5 minutes away for a fee. For groceries, we visited the Marbella Market Hall / 7 min walk /where we found fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish. The apartment is located in a lively area, so it can be quite noisy in the evenings, but overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Laurent’s apartment.

We loved our stay here. We had a beautiful view of the sea and the paseo. A secure and convenient location. Halfway between marina and the Old Town. There was no traffic in front of building. Everything was steps away from apartment — restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, fruit vendors, bakeries, etc. Raquel & Juanma were such friendly, professional and responsive hosts. We would not hesitate to return.

Traumhaftes Appartment - wie auf den Fotos Der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft - eine der schönsten Unterkünfte mit Blick aufs Meer Appartment super sauber, schön eingerichtet, tolle Betten Einweisungen waren klar und sehr gut nachvollziehbar - Karen war stets erreichbar und super hilfreich Restaurants in der Nähe - einige weiter weg, aber in Summe gute Auswahl Parkplatz vor der Tür - etwas abenteuerlich zu erreichen, aber man wächst mit seinen Aufgaben Einzige Kritikpunkte - trotz Höhe des Appartments und direkter Lage am Meer gibts Moskitos, die nachts nerven und die laute Autobahn im Hintergrund bei zu wenig Meeresrauschen trotzdem in Summe eine absolute Empfehlung - wir würden wiederkommen Danke Karen

We had another great stay at Jose's apartment. Its ideally located right next to the beach with fantastic views across the sea. As well as the beach, bars, shops and restaurants are close by. Everything was very clean and tidy, including the well equipped kitchen. The apartment also includes access to a lift which takes you up close to the town centre. We hope to visit again soon. Loved the location and Mariano was amazing, but the house really needs updating- beds were quite uncomfortable and outside furniture really needs replacing. The house seems very geared towards families with children rather than adults. The bathroom really needs renovation and I would suggest a double bed in the back bedroom for an adult. But the location was wonderful and the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking taking! Also, Mariano goes above and beyond for clients- very impressive and so kind!

It was a very satisfactory accommodation and the view was very nice. The rooms were clean and neat. We were able to use the indoor pool. There were 4 of us, but if you add a single bed, it would be enough for 5 people. It is an accommodation that I would definitely stay at again.
