Undoubtedly the best place we have had, if we were to return to Oviedo we would repeat with Elena. Very friendly, friendly and predisposed to any questions we needed...very good recommendations for lunch and dinner there. Everything is very clean, it has the smallest details, elevator to the direct floor from the parking lot. We were delighted with the experience. Great location,downtown and bus and train stations. A 10 para Elena.

Ana was very kind from the start. Before our arrival, he recommended restaurants and places to go, telling us the best time and the best way to go. For the arrival time, she was totally understanding and flexible, and very patient, since we arrived in two different groups and she didn't mind at all. Likewise, as soon as we arrived, he explained to us again all the places we could go to make the most of the weekend, in addition to giving us a very complete house tour. At all times, as I have already said, she was very friendly and pleasant, as well as approachable. The house was impeccable, and it is as shown in the pictures. He made everything easy for us, so we would definitely come back. Thank you very much for everything!

Ivan was responsive and very nice. His place is a lovely, reformed apartment in a great location. We appreciated his recommendations for restaurants. We loved Aviles and hope to return.

The apartment is clean and better than pictured. It is the perfect place for a couple. Centrally located near all the sights. It is a short easy walk to the bus and train station. Our host warmly greated us like we were old friends when we arrived. A plus for us, she is prompt with communication and also speaks English well. She provided information on sights and restaurants nearby. Anytime we messaged her, she replied right away, with every detail needed and truly seemed happy to help. Our nights were quiet and the bed is comfortable. This host was unique in that she provided a B AND B, not just a B. There was fresh fruit, pastries and eggs for us to make breakfast. If we are ever in Oviedo again, this would be our first choice. One of the best AirBnB experiences we have ever had.

Luis is a very good host. The house is spacious, clean and located in a quiet area but very close to downtown, very comfortable to walk everywhere. Luis has facilitated us restaurants and bars where to have a drink in case I could help us, he was very kind in the delivery of the keys to the house and available when contacting.

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.

Cozy apartment, super new and in a very quiet area of Luanco. Pedro leaves you breakfast for the stay, a touch. Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.

We had a very comfortable stay. Marta and Cipri have been very attentive@s. The accommodation has all the amenities that may be needed, cerce of recommended sites to visit. We would repeat!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Until today I hadn't been able to leave the assessment. We had a wonderful time, with a very nice garden and a pool that my children immediately enjoyed. The house is impeccable, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. Communication was excellent and ease of access as well. We really appreciate the welcome we received from Maria and Jose.
