The accommodation is taken care of and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and is located in a very good and well-connected area Ana and María Luisa are exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The stay at the house was a dream. It is just as described in the pictures. Careful, beautiful and thoughtful decoration. Nothing is missing. Comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and a spectacular garden. The location is excellent, very close to Gijón and in a strategic place to visit Asturias. The area is very peaceful, ideal to disconnect. Communication with Jorge was excellent, a great person, always attentive to make sure we were comfortable and left us a delicious Asturian sponge cake as a gift. Thank you for everything! If we return to the area, we'll be back :)

The house is just as you can see in the photos, a very quiet rural area, ideal for resting and disconnecting. Sergio , the host, super friendly and willing.The even a detail on arrival for us and for our dog ( who finally couldn't come ). Highly recommended.

Host Juan and his wife were very attentive to our safe arrival. We were warmly welcomed by Juan and his son. The apartment is very nice, clean and well organized. In addition, there is a nice terrace and a beautiful view that overlooks the river and part of the sea. From there, there's plenty to discover and outings to do. Don't hesitate.

We had a great time, everything was very close and with a good atmosphere, Avelino recommended places to go and we were very comfortable in the apartment! 100% recommended

Great stay. Flexible entrance and Noelia was super friendly. We were left some food tidbit and we were also able to leave the floor a pelt later than usual. I would totally recommend it.

Susanna’s apartment was a beautiful little place to stay featuring a lovely terrace, and all the amenities that we needed. Very secure and very well kept property. Great restaurants within a few blocks walk. Also beautiful parks nearby.

Nice, clean and warm apartment with a perfect location to explore Oviedo!

The apartment matches the description. Spacious and bright. Central, close to everything and at the same time very quiet for sleeping. We arrived walking from the train station, the area is safe. Carmen is an extremely warm and attentive host, she allowed us to complete several hours before check-in and received us in person accompanying us to the car parking lot. There are details to feel like at home, books with beautiful photos of Asturias and a folder with recommendations about Oviedo.

David is an excellent host. We arrived later than the agreed time and not only did he NOT have any problems, but he offered us all the amenities in the world. At check-out, since I didn't have any pending check-ins, he offered to let us leave at any time we wanted. He was always available and answered messages very quickly. He advised us on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great, everything too. I recommend it!

Very nice Indian house,just like the pictures show. We took the penthouse,with a great terrace with beautiful views. For putting a but,if you are very tall,as is the case with my partner, having abuardillados,in some areas of the house you have to be careful, as well as when entering the bathroom or room since the door frames are not very high. But well, it was me who chose the house, so nothing to object The decoration is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. Recommended,no doubt.

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

Amazing place to disconnect or visit villages of interest. A very cozy apartment with a fireplace and jacuzzi to relax. We were attended by Silvia, very friendly and for any problem she is available. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We will be back!!

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town

Celsa was an amazing host! Always reaching out, asking how she could help, came to welcome us into the house and we felt right at home! He mom even made delicious cookies for us!! It was so sweet, we met her dad outside taking a morning walk one day and he was so wholesome. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re with family and want to feel right in the hills of Asturias in an authentic place! It is just about 20 min from both Gijon and Oviedo, which is incredible so you can go for a day visit whenever you want and even have dinner there and then come back in for the night so quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for, I wish we stayed longer and used that beautiful outdoor patio! One thing to notice, which is already in the listing (so no surprises there) is that the flat is on the second floor without an elevator, so if you have mobility issues or carry a lot of bags/heavy strollers, it might be something to consider.
