Hay unas vistas maravillosas del mar, mucho ambiente en Verano justo abajo del edificio. Un apartamento muy bien equipado El apartamento se encuentra en primera línea de playa con vistas a esta. En pleno paseo marítimo. Alrededor del pueblo hay un bosque con lagos, rutas de senderismo enfrente del mar. Lo que permite que haya zonas de playa practicamente virgen en sus alrededores. En la calle paralela por detrás del edificio hay un supermercado Covirán y numerosos supermercados en Vila-Real.
